   Abraham did a fantastic job keeping us fed and with drinks. The restaurant was very historic and storied which added to the experience and the food was incredible.

   Lunch today instead of dinner. Burrata was excellent as always. Hints of truffle combine with the saltiness of the cheese. One of my favorites. Had a burger with added thick cut bacon and egg. The bacon is the star but the sandwich really works as a whole. I’m sure Repeal has some menu items that are poorly executed, I just haven’t found them yet.

   Our server Andre was an absolute delight and the food was amazing. The steak I had was fantastic. My wife had the diver sole and she said it was to die for. We would absolutely come again the next time we’re in Louisville.

   Very lovely place, busy but not chaotic and superb servers who are not sweating bullets while keeping pace. Food is delicious and plentiful! We ordered too much by getting 2 sides with our entrees. 1 is plenty for 2! Petit filet and Dover Sole-both very tasty.

    Wow! Everything we had was delicious! Starting with the bread, then the crab cakes and French onion soup. Steaks were outstanding! The bourbon bread pudding was a perfect ending. I’ll recommend Reveal to everyone I know!

    Can’t say enough about our server Emily. She was fantastic, offered good suggestions and was attentive without being at the table all the time. Not everyone wants oversized portions, we came away stuffed and couldn’t finish everything. Cocktails were very delicious and we had visits from the chef and the managers so if you would have had any issues they would have been right there to take care of it.

    Great experience dining here. Our server Michael was extremely knowledgeable with everything on the menu and his recommendations were spot on. Steaks were superb as was everything we ate. The bread pudding is not to be missed! The bar tenders were at the top of their game too. Great recommendations for different ryes and quite possibly one of the best Old Fashioneds I've ever had. Definitely going back!

    Had high expectations and was very excited to dine at Repeal. However had a very poor experience. Sub-par Service/food and it took 2.5 hours without even ordering dessert. We turned it down bc it was taking so long. Will not go back or recommend. Jeff Ruby’s steakhouse on the other hand was a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend them!

    Good but not great food. Service was very good. Filet was properly black and bleu. Scallops we good but didn’t really taste grilled or pan seared. Mac&cheese not good at all. Cheesecake and mousse very good. Death by chocolate not good. Monday is half priced wine!

    First of all we’re celebrating my anniversary . And they just said us on the most available seating they had they were discussing what tables were clean or what tables we’re ready for two . Nothing was said to us about the anniversary no special seating I felt like I could’ve just went any average steak restaurant and had the same effect pretty lousy

    Server was AMAZING! Hostess on the other hand was rude. When we saw the table we were getting I asked if we could possibly get a table near the back for 2 that was open and the server told me they were saving it for a reservation for one person. I said that was fine and took the table they had for us by the door. A couple that came in right after us then promptly got sat at the table I had asked for and was refused. I then asked the hostess if a couple had been sat in the table I asked for. She said there had been some changes. She not once apologized or offered us a solution. Unprofessional and made us feel unimportant.

    We made a 189 mile trip from Lafayette IN to check out this highly rated steak house and spend the night in Hotel Distill. The advertising company does a great job of selling the restaurant’s ambiance. We were celebrating our 36th wedding anniversary. The bar staff were fantastic; personable and helpful in choosing our wine. There it ended. The ribeye was underwhelming, the Dover sole was decent, and the “jumbo” asparagus, well, shoestring. We were seated by the door at a two seat table after asking for a little more secluded spot where my husband could hear a little easier We will not be back, but we are pretty picky when it comes to great food. Thank you.

    After 2 drinks at the bar, valet, tip and the dinner tab we spent $375.00 for a dinner for two with one drink purchase each. We were expecting $250-$300 total so a little more then we expected. One desert was brought home for the kids. Our drinks were $17 and $12.
