Mother's Day Menus & Specials
Celebrate the special lady in your life--she deserves it! We will be offering full menu for both brunch and dinner.
Ordered 2 rib eyes medium. One steak was well done, the other was rare and gristly. They also forgot a potato which came out 1/2 way through the meal. If you charge 36 bucks for a steak, I expect it to at least be cooked as ordered and if not, i shouldn't be paying the full amount. A good restaurant should have good customer service.
Girls trip. Had dinner here for Valentine’s Day with my husband and it was delicious so I had to come back and bring my sisters, it didn’t disappoint. We were seated at first at one of the high boy tables but we were not comfortable. The hostess moved us to the semi private seating which was perfect. We started with the melted ricotta and the charcuterie and that was delicious. For dinner we had the scallops and the ribeye. We left stuffed so next time we will skip the apps and get dessert 😍
The place was beautiful, the food was good but not great for the prices they get. we got 3 appetizers, 2 meals and 2 drinks and the bill was $200. The wings were very good but must have been from a hummingbird. Perhaps the smallest wings I have ever had. The oysters Rockefeller were great but $18 for 4 oysters I think was over the top. The catch of the day, again was wonderful, the corn chowder was the best I have ever had, but it was not much more than a garnish under the fish. The corn chowder would be a hit if sold as a cup or bowl. The fish again although wonderful, was akin to the hummingbird wings, perhaphs guppy fillet instead of grouper. I am not in any way on a budget, but the prices were not in line with the amount of food plated. The server was very nice but sold me a dessert that she said was like a creme brulee, but was more of a key lime pie. The place was very nice and worth seeing, but next time, I would just have a drink or two.
Highly recommended for food, service and atmosphere!
Cool atmosphere and good drinks. Highly recommend the Brussels!
Our server was great and the food was good, however there was some miscommunication with our food and we waited an awful long time for our meals. We were celebrating a Bachelorette party and ended up spending more time at dinner than we had originally planned, so ran late to another reservation we had. They did offer to remove a round of drinks from the bill but it wasn't enough for the inconvenience. Being in the restaurant business, I understand things happen but with us celebrating a special occasion, I feel more could have been done. We didn't want to cause a scene and had placed to be so we didn't complain, but it was a slightly disappointing experience.
Hard to hear the server, and it didn’t feel that full. Cocktails and food were just ok. Been there, done that, don’t need to go back.
The neighborhood wasn’t that great but not dangerous but when you walked in you were greeted with the hostess and she was fun and set our mood. We had a great time.
The wine selection was small but we found a great bottle of wine. The cheese board was amazing. Steak seemed more choice than prime. I’d give the place an 7.5 out of 10
I requested my for my burger t be cooked medium and it came out like shoe leather. I requested a Manhattan and requested 1776 bourbon to be substituted, however, our server, Jeff Spicoli, was unaware of what that was, even though there were four bottles displayed behind the bar. Spicoli also brought out what we thought was an Irish coffee, but really was hot chocolate. Perhaps, keeping their staff a little less stoned may of helped.
My girlfriend and I were visiting from Atlanta. We thought we were getting a high end dining experience based on the menu but it’s really just a hipster bar with terrible service. We had a reservation but arrived 30 minutes early. We asked if we could be seated early. The hostess told us she could not accommodate us because she had a large party coming in soon. The place was maybe half full? No problem. We just sat at the bar. We were there approximately an hour and never saw a large party come in. I guess you have to be a local to get the bartenders attention. It took several attempts to get her attention and she barely checked on us. The people next to us seemed to be regulars because she checked on them repeatedly. We had to wave the other guy over to talk to us. We had an ok appetizer and drinks and left to have dinner at another restaurant. Cannot recommend.
Had a super tasty brunch with fabulous service. Well done
We loved this neighborhood gem, and I was so grateful they had a delicious vegan risotto (not listed on the menu). That said, the tables were much too close together given the pandemic, and the vegan meal was an incredibly small portion even for me (and I'm a smaller portion kind of gal). That said, we loved the ambiance and the food was great.
Food and service were excellent but honestly the chairs are the most uncomfortable I’ve ever sat in at a restaurant. The table next to us commented the same while we were there.
Sasha was awesome! We’ll definitely be back
The waitress was amazing as well as the drinks and food. We will definitely be coming back the next time we are in Savannah!
Love the food!! Friendly staff. Try the chestnut tortellini!
Went on Thursday night with the hubs. Disappointed in our table selection. We were pushed against a wall behind hostess stand. Felt awkward sitting there and couldn’t see any of the restaurant. Seemed like a vibe if you got seated in the actual restaurant and not at the kids table. I was pleased with food overall. We had octopus & oysters rockerfeller. Wish the oysters were served hot and not room temp but had good flavor. The octopus was delish maybe a tad salty. We shared the ribeye and salad. Both were good. Nothing outstanding thou. I’d come back and try for a better table and try something else from menu.
Really enjoyed. Was very very very good
Great experience. The food was awesome. Service excellent. We had a great time and would go back in a heart beat
We had a great experience at Repeal 33; from the service to the food to the atmosphere and decor. We will definitely want to come back again when visiting Savannah.
It was a poor experience, waited 20 minutes after our reservation time to be seated and then had to wait an hour for our food. Our food was burnt, undercooked, and not great. Our server Anita, was great and did her best.
Overall this was a great dinner for myself, wife, and 4 teenage kids , including a few vegetarians in the mix.
Repeal 33 overall was a great restaurant for us during our trip to Savannah! We were looking for a restaurant to treat ourselves after a day of exploring Savannah! We were searching high and low but it seems every restaurant was booked. We happened to find one spot left at Repeal 33 which was right next to our hotel which was super convenient! The food was excellent! We both had the ribeye which was tender, juicy, moist and had great flavor! The twice baked potatoes were a succulent side to accompany our delicious steaks! The place had a good vibe however the music like many other reviews have discussed does not fit. The place has a 20's prohibition decor however the music made me feel like I was in an old folks restaurant. ( I dunno...maybe that's the vibe they want to attract) Food was good but get some upbeat JAZZ in their to really accompany the decor and the great food!
Loved this restaurant. Food was delicious. Service great. Will be back next time we are in Savannah.
Repeal 33 was an awesome experience, our server Matt went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Incredible food, drinks and desserts, well done!
Spring break with the family. The appetizers here are reason enough to come back. Charred wings and Brussels the best I’ve ever eaten. Wow.
Excellent brunch! First time visitors, we will be back again.
We enjoyed our food - it was very good. However there was very loud music playing right next to our table - a disc jockey type of artist. So we were really unable to talk to each other. It was also very chilly in the restaurant. We were there during an unusual cold snap for the area.
Appetizers and cocktails were very good. Could use a few more entree's, but a very nice experience overall.
The ambiance is nice, even considering COVID precautions. It was a Saturday night and even though it was busy we were able to have a drink at the bar while we waited for our table to be ready. We ordered a charcuterie plate and drinks, and they were good. We had the shrimp and grits for our meal, and I must say they were delicious. I would rank the dish among the top 3 shrimp and grits in Savannah. It is a nice place for a date or meal with friends. I only took one star away because at some point during our dinner a DJ set up and it was a pretty weird vibe to be finishing your meal to club music. Overall I would come here again.
This restaurant never disappoints! We are from out of town and fell in love last October with the food, service, and atmosphere. Everytime we are in Savannah, this is one of our favorite spots to dine.
Great appetizers and drinks ! The service was outstanding! Would go back !
When visiting Savannah for a week we ate in many different establishments throughout the city and Repeal 33 was by FAR, our favorite.
The physical space is beautiful and well set up to accommodate many different occasions and number of guests. When we walked through the bar area and front dining room, it was a bit too loud for our liking. The hostess asked for our preference as to sitting in the front room or quieter back room. The back room is just as beautiful as the front.
Our waiter, Sasha, was prompt, attentive and very well versed in the drinks and dinner menu. Drinks are inventive and solid as were the menu choices.
We ordered the grilled octopus and the bussels sprouts for apps. They were both outstanding. Then Sasha suggested the fish special and scallops entree. Both, again, outstanding. A chocolate torte with salted caramel sauce, ended a perfect evening.
The manager stopped by to chat after dinner and was lovely.
Our only wish, is that we found it sooner in the week. We’ll be back to Savannah for sure and Repeal 33 will be first on our list!
Great service, food and atmosphere! Would highly recommend.
Beautiful Bar Space .. Male Bartender with nasty attitude!!!!
Food is decent .. would probably repeat
Fantastic restaurant-service was great. Had oysters from raw bar and the wings to start-both very good. Shrimp and grits were delicious.
Took 10 minutes to get asked about a beverage, sat us at a small table that was not accomodating and cold from door being open and closed. Ended up having appetizers and left. Did enjoy what we ate and we had a kind server.
Oyster where amazing. Scallops great. Grilled Octopus was great and list goes on and on..
