Repeal 33 is proud to be Savannah's finest craft cocktail bar and restaurant.

Chef Greg Garrison’s menu features modern takes on classic Southern dishes, sourcing the best products from local farms and purveyors. Dishes change seasonally.

Award-winning Beverage Director/Owner Jim McCourt’s menu features regional beers, a handpicked selection of wines, and numerous signature cocktails.

Repeal 33 is more than a dining establishment or bar; it is an extension of Savannah’s culture and history, providing a sensory experience in how that history molded it into the destination it is today.

Repeal 33 is the ideal location for all your special events. We offer unique event packages to fit any size or style. Our large private room can seat up to 75 guests and offers a separate bar and private bathrooms. Our smaller semi-private space, known as our "snug" can accommodate 18 guests.

I have never left a review before, but it was so good I have to. The service and food were both wonderful. I wish I could remember our servers name, but she gave great recommendations that were all SO good. The pork chop was the best I’ve ever had. We’re on a mom-daughter’s trip and my mom wasn’t drinking, so she brought her a non-alcoholic champagne on the house and it was just so thoughtful. Highly recommend!

Traveled to Savannah for my son's birthday and chose Repeal 33 for his birthday dinner. Our server was Kassidy and she was not as attentive as we would have liked. We had to ask other servers/runners questions because she wasn't around. Also, I stated in the reservation we were celebrating a birthday and no one at the restaurant acknowledged it. On to the food......we ordered the lobster ravioli ($26), grilled octopus ($19) and the sourdough bread ($8). Unsure why bread had to be ordered and wasn't provided. However, our starters were absolutely delicious. Very flavorful and seasoned well. Next, we ordered the NY Strip ($39) and the halibut ($39). Again both were delicious. The corn sauce with my halibut was cold, but still very tasty. The first drink I ordered, should we kiss, was disappointing. My son ordered the smoke on the harbor and loved it. He contemplated getting a 2nd one but chose a drink with sazerac on the dessert menu. He enjoyed both drinks. I elected for a lemon drop and had 2. Although the 2nd one didn't have a full sugared rim or lemon garnish. We ordered the Nutella torte and banana pudding to go but did not enjoy either. Disappointing finish to an otherwise enjoyable meal. Our bill for 2 people was $249. We would go back for the starters and entrées but forgo dessert.

Our dinner at Repeal 33 was a memorable evening with Karolina as our waitress being a great addition to the delicious food and drink. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and the drinks by the bartender were outstanding as well.

This an outstanding restaurant that isn’t marketed nearly enough. Our waiter (Rhett) was charming and fun, the food was fantastic - Brussel sprouts, shrimp’n grits, chicken and bread, drinks, etc. We've lived here almost three years and hadn’t heard of it, but is now my husband’s favorite. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend!

Our waiter, Hunt, made the night. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and funny. The food was delicious too and don’t forget the cocktails. We had the margaritas and for dinner it was the halibut and the NY strip steak. Both to die for. We can’t wait to go back.

Every single item we ordered was amazing. Both the hostess and our waiter were kind and knowledgeable. The bottomless mimosas on Father’s Day was icing on the cake! Definitely one of my favorite restaurants to date!
