I couldn't understand when I booked this that there were so many rules and if you were not there in time and did not call you would still be charged for meals. Then when I arrived there I realized that there were only 5-6 tables I believe so then needed to be sure that every reservation was real. So we also had to give a credit card number. The service and food were outstanding. Best ravioli I have ever had and the foccacia bread was yummy. The waitress was so nice and wanted to know if the food was ok. My husband was the only one who said he would like more sauce on his pasta and chicken dish and she immediately brought it to him and. We all had doggie bags as there was so much food. We would definitely go there again and I recommend it, especially those who love Italian food!!

Thought we’d try Renee’s for anniversary celebration after reading reviews. The indoor dining was quiet and intimate. The wait staff was pleasant. The menu was somewhat limited - many pizzas but dinner options mostly pastas. The salads were good though nothing spectacular. The lasagna was tasty but maybe too cheesy. Portions were large so no room to try any desserts. Overall, a nice place with good food.

Nice & intimate dining with good variety and solid culinary practices. Service was good but not intuitive. Inside seating looked inviting, we only had a patio option which left much to be desired. Just need to step up their game with attention to detail. It's Italian, so there should be linen on the table. There should be a quality olive oil and vinegar and salt & pepper on the table. The silverware should be replaced for each area of dining...salad, appetizer, entré etc. The jazz was great and probably the best gin & tonic I've ever had. The Caprese salad should not come with chopped romaine lettuce. If you want to stand out, try using heirloom tomatoes. The beef lasagna was nice but lacked distinct flavor and would be better with ricotta or fresh mozzarella rather than the stringy dry mozzarella.

I'll remind them for patio to offer new cutlery.We do offer a caprese board w/o lettuce.The fresh pepper,salt grinders should have made their way to you.Ask for oil & vin,it's so good!Tomato season is upon us

We had a reservation at Renee's opening time, but we were early. The hostess told us our table was ready, and guided us to our table. Didn't have to wait, nice. We started with the spinach and artichoke dip. Homemade and out of this world delicious. My wife had the Mediterranean Salad and I had the pan seared Chicken Breast in a sun dried tomato cream sauce. I'm not crazy about sun dried tomatoes. The store bought sun dried tomatoes are dried out and chewy. Renee's were fresh, organic and awesome. My wife loved her salad. We got an "everthing" pizza to go. Again, highly recommended. We're not from Tucson. We live in Casa Grande, but when traveling to Tucson, Renee's is our place to eat.

This is in the top 3 best restaurants I’ve ever ate at in Tucson. It’s tucked away the and appetizers/food were incredible. I could taste the good quality ingredients!! Outstanding.

It was a pain making the reservation. I don't like putting my credit card information on the web, I'll give it to you when I settle up for my evenings bill. Food selection was very broad and interesting. Meals were very good and our server Jennifer was really nice and helpful.

Great food and terrific service. Surprised there are only 4 tables inside. The inside could easily be re-arranged to add 3 more tables and it would be worth it; easier to get a reservation and better for the servers.

Food was fantastic; gluten free fettuccine and vegan pesto did not disappoint! Staff was able to fix my order quickly after I forgot to mention my need for GF and were super understanding. I will definitely come back.

It's very small inside, but terrific in every other way. The food was served hot and was delicious. Our waiter, Jennifer, was wonderful. We are going back next week.

My son and I have food allergies. We love Renee's because we can eat our favorite foods made gluten free and they taste amazing! I am also dairy free and love that they have goat cheese and dairy free cheese as options. It has a nice, cozy atmosphere although while we were there it was probably a little loud because we were definitely enjoying ourselves!

A Tucson gem. Welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable staff. We sat inside in a simple yet elegant & private booth. Beautiful tableware. Delicious pizza, salad, bread. It’s been a few years since we’ve dined there — we’ll be back very soon.

Renee's has restored my confidence is dining out. The meal was delightful and a work of art. I haven't experience this level of detail and refinement for some time. We are hooked and Renee's has become our #1 recommendation for dining out in the Southwest. P.S. .....love the kid policy. Grown folks deserve a break from complexities of life. Don't we?

Patio seating only available; front patio next to parking lot - so no ambiance whatsoever. Had great expectations for the food, my wife had their spinach & artichoke calzone and I had the ravioli - both were OK. Everything seemed to be overcooked, and expensive.

This is a great restaurant, a hidden gem. Well, maybe not so hidden because its hard to get a reservation, especially for their intimate indoor dining experinece. But that's a good thing, unless one can't plan ahead. They also have on walk-in table.

We were greeted by Renee when we entered the restaurant and she showed us to a very nicely placed table. We were then acknowledged right away by our wait person and the service continued to be perfect throughout our meal. Our friends arrived about 5 minutes after we were seated and the wait person came right over to take their drink orders. Most importantly, the food at Renee's is outstanding! We ordered ravioli, vegetarian lasagna, salad and meatballs and everything was very good. We haven't been to Renee's in over three years, we loved it in the past, and we weren't disappointed.
