   The Smash burger was one of the best ever. Staff was great. Highly recommend Relish.

   Amazing service and located in the heart of Downtown Seattle at the Westin hotel. Maybe the best burger I've had in greater Puget Sound area!

   Had their Relish Burger which is also the name of the restaurant. They should rename the restaurant a medium rare burger was neither medium rare nor a burger. No words can describe the lack of beef.

   This was my first experience at Relish. The food was very good, we had the pork chop and the chicken katsu burger which we very much enjoyed. However, they were very short staffed, and our poor waiter seemed to be the only waitstaff in the restaurant. The bartender had called in sick, and our waiter, who was under 21, was limited to serving only beer or wine, which are not options I enjoy. Since I had only water to drink, and we had walked to the restaurant in fairly warm weather, I would have liked to have been able to get a refill on my water much sooner than at the end of the dinner. Maybe I am wrong, but it looked like the Host who seated us could have helped some, at least by refilling water glasses.

   Food was surprisingly good for this small hotel bistro. Highly recommend for dinner and breakfast. Make a reservation for dinner and come early to beat the breakfast rush.

   They were short a server but our server worked very hard and other staff pitched in to make it work. However, the bartender was also out sick and so no drinks. They should have had the Lobby bar make them.

   Poor food quality, nothing according with the price, except for the Chowder, not good but cheap

    The food was VERY overpriced and wasn’t very good. Could have used DoorDash to get food at McDonald’s and it would have been better. The service was very slow and the restaurant was pretty empty. We were not impressed at all. I do not recommend eating here.
