   Very few staff around, waited 35/40 minutes for afternoon tea food to come out. No one came to refill our drinks or anything. Generally the regular food was good, however the gluten free selection was poor. Gluten free bread was cheap, sliced bread( I base my review always on the quality of the gluten free bread) , scones were very chewy, (like heated up for too long?) cakes, well one was a cross between a Swiss roll and a biscuit!! Not sure but it was dry, red velvet mini cake was a bit soggy. We had to go and pay ourselves as no one had come back to ask if we wanted anything else.

   We appreciated the easy parking as we have a WAV and needed to park near the entrance . The staff made sure we were comfortable at the table with the wheelchair and also placed my walker in a position where it did not disturb others . The staff were very helpful and checked on us to see if we needed anything, not too much, but just enough so we were able to ask for anything we needed. We enjoyed our visit to Reigate Manor . I didn’t ask at the time but would it be possible to choose the type of sandwiches we have , I personally had no problem and we all loved the avocado sandwiches , but overall my daughter’s tastes are a bit different , so could we perhaps choose ham instead of pastrami , or prawns instead of smoked salmon , and maybe plain chicken and mayo instead of coronation chicken . The sandwiches which were very generously filled which I think is very important . The scones were delicious and it was nice we had a little left over cake to take home . Lastly , as it was as it was Easter time we were all given an Easter egg to take home which we thought was a lovely touch to end our afternoon. Thank you . I would certainly recommend Reigate Manor to others !

   This is our second visit to Reigate manor and it was fabulous. Fantastic value for money and lovely staff. Well done.

   Quick service. Polite staff. My grandaughter didn't want afternoon tea . They made her Nutella sandwiches & chips 🍟. Very accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble.

   Terrible noise in the night from room next door and above walls paper thin , shower next door created awful noises Restaurant poor quality and dated Service was good though And room stuffy

   The service was so friendly and attentive. It was quiet so a fantastic place to have a catch up with a friend over sandwiches and cake.

   Lovely Christmas 🎄 atmosphere. All the public as well as staff at the Reigate Manor were very friendly and polite. The food was very good value for money and the whole experience got you in the Christmas 🎄 mood!

   Enjoyed the buffet style Sunday carvery which was very good for our family group. The starter buffet and meat and vegetable choices were good but disappointed with the main course vegetarian option. Very good that desserts and tea/coffee included in price and free child meals make this a good value family outing.

   Staff tried, but seemed inexperienced. Smelt damp in the dining room. Food not as described and swimming in oil; onion rings with no onion; Coffees like dishwater and took ages to make from a machine.

    As regular customers to Sunday lunch the food was good as always.
