Food quality was not food. Everything came out cold and bland crab croquettes, shrimp tempura, carnita tacos and the battered cauliflower were all poorly made and did not taste good. The food tasted like an amateur cook making food for the first time. The decor was good but that credit goes to the previous restaurant owners that was there before and we used to dine at called Blowfish (was the best sushi I had in Toronto). The modern upscale design of the previous restaurant does not match the menu and food quality served.

Awesome service, the jerk shrimp was an excellent recommendation by my server- Naya. Highly recommend & definitely will return

Ok so this place seems to get this rep but y’all are trippin.. fun times, causal atmosphere, great staff, food is yummy and everyone is welcoming and smiling! Two thumbs up!

This restaurant wasn't what we expected. Don't expect a cozy restaurant—it's more of a nightclub. The music is super loud, there are big screens on every wall and the food is greasy.

It was freeeeeezing cold in there! I get that it’s cold outside, but they need to turn the heaters way up to compensate.

We were unaware that it was a sports bar during dinner. No music was on, and the audio to the sports game was playing instead. That really killed the mood.

Place is too loud to have a conversation. Drinks are way overpriced but food was decent.

The waitress kept trying to rush us to decide what we wanted to order on the menu so she could turn more tables, a real class act. The salad was made with poor man's lettuce and there was barely any dressing. The candied bacon tasted extremely artificial. The salmon was supposed to be terriyaki/ginger...I tasted neither. Do not go here for food. Just a drink and maybe a good time depending on the DJ.

High energy bar with creative interior and a killer cocktail menu (I highly recommend the Maiden of Macau)

Nice place for a night out. The interiors are exquisite. The place is so funky and ambiance add to the party atmosphere. The service, even with a full bar, is speedy and efficient. Food is excellent too!!

New favorite place in Toronto for a night out with some friends!

The room is very attractive. However, the food took a hour to arrive, and when it did, it was cold. My meal was not as described on the menu, and was not good. I was afraid to ask my guests what they thought of their meals.

Went here for my friends birthday for apps and drinks. Place is great for younger people, fun and energetic. Our server was great but was super busy serving almost all the tables who were actually eating. Overall great vibes and food was decent.

The staff take the time to get to know you and truly treat you as a regular! Unique shots and an amazing oven baked cookie with ice cream. My friends and I always end up craving it.
Been here for the sports, nightlife, live music, birthdays, and casual outings, and I would have to say I highly recommend no matter your occasion!
It is one of the few places that actually offer coat check too!
I don't think anyone would ever be disappointed.
Once you have the chance to check it out, you'll never stop!

I had the Jamaican patty & the whitefish tacos. The patty was absolutely my favourite, I could eat 3 of them! The Scotch bonnet jelly that accompanied it is bomb, I want to take a jar home. The fish on the tacos was battered & fried, not blackened as indicated - but yummy nonetheless. The vibes are chill, the staff is friendly & efficient, the music is fun & eclectic - and the windows are huge so they let in lots of sunlight during the day! Loved the plants & the cozy booths (could fit 4-5 ppl comfortably). I'd definitely go back to regulars

Great new spot in the best downtown location possible. Regulars sets the bar high for surrounding restaurants and bars, as their unique cocktail list and tasty menu never fails to impress. All staff are extremely warm and welcoming, with outstanding service every time I come. The atmosphere is fun and energetic, especially during a Leafs or Raptors games, with multiple TVs and even a jumbo screen projecting the event. If I could, I’d rate this place a 10/10! Will be back soon.

We had a wonderful experience at Reguals bar. The food was great and the service was excellent. We were seated right away and our food and drinks were served promptly. There was a lot of attention to detail in the service and the food preparation. I would definitely say this is one of the hottest places to be in the city!

Love the venue!!! Great service team all around. The rosenthal cocktail changed my impression on gin based cocktails completely. I had the sourdough blat and the cookie for desert and I give full credit to the kitchen for their choice of soft serve ice cream to put ontop the hot cookie. Great work, definitely coming back soon.

The bar has prices very reasonable. An excellent range of cocktails, we have tried almost all over our several visits, each different and all were very well made! The server was helpful and very pleasant, ready with recommendations...The decorations in the bar looks very retro, the lobster nachos and Jamaican patty are amazing, the staff is very nice.

Had a blast here!! Love the decor. Food was great had the vegan curry and a Rosenthal drink, probably new favourite drink of all time and I don’t even like gin. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Will be returning!!!

I always enjoy eating at regulars, and have brought many out of town friends here for dinner. The decor and lighting are very intriguing, and sets regulars apart from other places I've eaten before. However, the last time I was there, they were playing the hockey game, which was noisy and didn't seem to fit with the theme of the restaurant. Otherwise, there music selection is awesome, definitely would recommend when sports aren't playing.

Great food! Had the lobster club, tasty and fresh. The staff created a welcoming and comfortable environment

I found it to be noisy, too bright and expensive. The server assured us that the prices were in keeping with other neighbourhood restaurants, however, most would be considered to be up scale - Regulars is anything but up scale. It is a casual, pub charging upscale prices. In addition, a reservation made for a company Christmas party had been bumped for a larger party, but the restaurant neglected to mention that very important fact. Luckily we had asked for the reservation confirmation, otherwise it would have been a rude surprise on the night of the event.
On the bright side the wait staff was friendly, accommodating and genuinely sorry about the reservation debacle.

This is one of the loudest restaurants I have EVER been in! Don't go if you expect to be able to have a conversation.

Food was awful. Horrible presentation and taste. Bar staff needs training. I ordered a mojito and recieved soda water? So I sent it back and they brought me another one. Still terrible so I just gave up. They need to close down and re vamp the menu. Perhaps get some new cooks.

We were greeted by the lovely host and sat to our table. Such friendly people they are. It was a lovely experience and the food was bomb AF. I RECOMMEND everyone go and try this place out.

I would go back for drinks but not food

Music is far too loud during dinner hours. We had a 7:15pm reservation and could barely hear each other. After 10pm loud music is acceptable, but not at 7pm.

This place is amazing!!! Great cocktails and such an awesome selection of beers. The team they have there work very well together is being such a positive vibe to the venue. Highly recommend!!!!

the setting and art is what initially attracted me into regulars. the service was quick and my table maintenance was great through out my whole dinner service. the food was especially enticing and paired really well with the cocktails. i definitely recommend coming by for dinner and staying for late night

I had an amazing experience at regulars with my date. The service was very attentive but not intrusive. The food was unreal and portions were worth every penny. Definitely recommend for any occasion as there are many different events occurring daily. Hope to see the place grow!!!

Great vibe - food was okay but great happy hour options!

Great food but too much noise. Felt like I had to scream across the table to be heard.

Keep doing what you are doing, your restaurant will only get better with time if you continue down this path. Only criticism, the lights are too bright, and that is probably my personal preference.

Great experience, very youthful, snacky and lots of options. I was super disappointed they ran out of the skillet cookie because it sounded amazing.
