Our second visit - first was a wonderful family brunch and this was a quiet special occasion. Both times, we loved the menu and service. Would have mixed the heavy sauce on NY step steak if we’d known it was going to be served on the main course plate. Overall, wonderful dinner and evening walk to the waterside after dinner. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Fantastic all around. by the way you have a FANTASTIC waitress her name is Robin we asked for her this time because she is so efficient & customer service is her top priority. We were there to celebrate MOTHER'S DAY EVE & this time it was FATHER'S DAY EVE. Keep up the good work and we will see you all again. by the way, the young lady that took my reservations followed my request to a tee, greatly appreciated also. Please thank them BOTH!!!!!! I work for Blue Ridge Hospice and will surely pass the word. Our new CEO just moved here s from PA and is looking forward to visiting you some time soon.

I love the ambience at this restaurant! Atmosphere is excellent, food is delicious. I'm glad our daughter chose a quality restaurant in which to develop her cooking skills. It makes supporting her industry very easy. We came to support our daughter, Molly Gordon, because she chose to work on her birthday, and this was the best way to be with her on her special day. We'll be eating at Regions again soon!

Had a quiet dinner with my husband as an early Father’s Day treat. We enjoyed the heirloom tomatoes which were a bright start to our dinner. I had the steak salad which had perfectly prepared meat, fresh greens and wonderful balsamic dressing. My husband had the chicken Caesar salad which was also very well prepared. For dessert I had house made strawberry ice cream that was wonderfully fruit filled and oh so creamy! My husband had Boston Cream Cake which he completely enjoyed. He said it had the perfect chocolate! The service, as always, was friendly and spot on. We love coming to Regions 117 to make any day extra special!

We came here last year for our 19th anniversary and really enjoyed ourselves. My wife chose to come back for our 20th. I made reservations via Open Table. Open Table has a field on the reservation form for you to mention any special requests. I mentioned that we would be celebrating our 20th anniversary.

We got to the restaurant and checked in with the hostess. We were shown to our table and we were given menus. The server filled our water glasses. The water was not cold. :(

We looked over the menu, which had changed since last year. We made our selections. We also ordered an appetizer.

My entree was the Shrimp Scampi. I didn't see much shrimp on the plate. They included a few just so they could say there was shrimp with the entree. I don't recall what my wife ordered, but both of us were really disappointed this time around. We did look over a dessert menu, but we decided to go elsewhere for dessert.

I really wanted to lower my rating to 2-stars, but we liked the server, so I gave it 3-stars.

Also, there was no acknowledgment of it being our anniversary. I don't know what I really expected the restaurant to do, but I was hoping that a nice restaurant in a gated community would have upped things up a notch. We won't be back for our 21st.

Overnighted in Winchester and was looking for good local food. Sat inside vs lake view. Waitress announced she was new. The ribeyes were flavorful and cooled as requested. Overall the food was good - service was sporadic. Had to call different waitresses over to get dessert menus and refills on drinks. I think the experience would have been very good had wait staff been more experienced.

We frequently eat at Regions ambiance is wonderful and the staff very nice but the kitchen needs to work on consistency. My advice is to enjoy the restaurant but order more basic items such as mussels, burger, sandwiches, etc.

I ordered a steak salad and the meat was tough. I couldn't chew it. The other meals at the table we're good. The waitress took a long time to come and take our orders.
It was way too cold in there (AC)...we were all freezing and stepped outside to get warm.

Took my lovely wife (and best friend) for her birthday dinner. It was her choice, and I concurred. We sat on the lanai overlooking the lake. Beautiful evening. Our waitress was very good. Our meal was outstanding. Definitely would recommend to others. And we will be back.

Regions 117 is a hidden gem in that it is tucked away inside of the Trilogy Community which means that you have to pass through a gated entry to access the restaurant property. The restaurant occupies a large open space with views to Lake Frederick. There is a variety of seating options, tables, booths, high-tops, bar and a veranda with tables that overlook the lake. There are other seating areas and a casual area near an impressive fire-place that looks like it would be a great location to drink coffee or hot chocolate next to on a cold day.

The menu was recently changed for the new season and there are several options. We most recently ate at the Sunday Brunch and had the veggie omelet, buttermilk biscuits and gravy, grits and a goat cheese, fig flatbread. The mimosa and peach fizz cocktails were a nice way to start the meal and the food was very well executed. I have been here several times and have always found the service to be very efficient and friendly. Our server during brunch, Samantha was super friendly and was able to strike the right balance between being attentive and responsive without being smothering. We have been served by her before and have found her service to be consistent and strong. The bar is first rate and the cocktails are always mixed well and served without delay.

Great place for dates, family or to take friends out to for a relaxed meal.

Another great meal at Regions. Samantha has been our server before, even recognized us, and did a wonderful job. We sat outside for lunch. I got the BLT and my wife got the turkey BLT. Both sandwiches and fries were great!

Went here on Mothers Day weekend and May 26th for my Sister birthday. Both times we sat at the long table by the bar. Love sitting there and Greg our Bartender and Waiter was so friendly
made sure everything was as we needed it. There was a wedding there on Saturday and it was
great to see the wedding party. Will go back again!!

So lucky to have Region’s 117 in the neighborhood! I’m from Baltimore so am very picky about my crabs. The soft shell crabs were delicious! Great service - friendly, attentive servers, reasonable wait time between ordering and delivery.

Chef Scott makes a delectable vegetable-type crab soup, too, the closest I’ve found to my grandmother’s only minus the half crabs she tossed in.

I cannot believe how good the food was!! I had the Ribeye, I swear I will never try to cook Ribeye on a grill again.... Mine just does not come close to the flavor profile that you have developed. My husband had the Chicken with Polenta, I cannot remember the name, but it was also very very good. My Mother in law down from Maine had the eggplant and it was also very very good.
You hit a home run with all three dishes. Congrats!!

Our server, R.H., was exceptional. The only thing better were the hamburgers! As it was a birthday celebration, some of our party were of the age that hearing was difficult. The weather was not conducive to outside eating, but the setup was beautiful. I will be returning!!!

Did not know what to expect with this restaurant as a friend of ours had dinner here earlier in the month and was impressed by the overall ambiance, view and menu selections. My husband and I just wanted to try a different restaurant. It was wonderful to sit outside and have a beautiful lakefront view...all I can say is "wow" for the view, "kudos" for the dining experience. This was a totally unexpected treat. I see that it is a restaurant that is within a 55+ community....so we just started driving around and also saw an indoor and outdoor pool overlooking a lake, a dog park..tennis courts ..but couldn't believe that it also had a coffee shop and cute "boutique" shop as well. Very cool! When can I move here?...I just turned 55...heehee.

Jane was a delightful and attentive server. The food was good and plentiful portions (the later not what I usually judge food by, though). We sat on the back porch and enjoyed the view followed by a few beers out front to watch the sunset.

The website advertised mothers day brunch until 3:00. I specially made reservations for after the brunch times because I was looking forward to a crab cake dinner. One of our waitresses said we would be allowed to order from a special menu but another waiter said brunch only items were offered on Sundays. The website was misleading about brunch menu only items for Sundays.

Soy allergy kept the menu choices limited. Small amount of eggs and bacon left my plate pretty empty without the toast (soy). Asked for grits and what I got was this creamy thing with some grit like things in it. Overall it was meh for me.

The rest of the family seemed to like their choices.

Server was great, when she was around. Seemed like she had inside and outside tables.
