   We had better food at more moderately priced restaurants. This was a nice place and staff were all very nice and helpful. Our steak lacked flavor and the roasted potatoes on the side tasted dry and old like they'd sat in chafing dishes for hours.

   Ho prenotato a Regina Bistecca dopo averlo trovato nelle top 101 steak restaurants di conseguenza avevo alte aspettative. Il personale è stato gentile ma a mio avvisto è stata l'unica nota positiva. Partendo dagli antipasti, pieni di salse che coprivano qualsiasi sapore continuando con la fiorentina, piena di grasso (impossibile da mangiare) e servita fredda. I contorni erano insipidi e per concludere i dolci erano qualcosa di impresentabile. Mi dispiace ma è stata una brutta serata.

   Eccellenza in tutto: attenzione e professionalità dello staff, ambiente, proposta del menu, pietanze ecc. Ha superato qualsiasi aspettativa! Non sembra proprio di essere in un locale così vicino al Duomo .. non è turistico nel senso negativo del termine. Complimenti! Io vengo spessissimo a Firenze e sarete nostra tappa fissa

   We had a long overdue romantic dinner at Regina Bistecca. From the moment we were greeted at the front desk, I could sense the high standard of hospitality and professionalism at this ristorante. We were given plenty of time to review the menu before a young Italian waitress, fluent in English, came to explain everything in detail. She was very honest with us during our discussion about which steak to order, noting that people who prefer marbled meat might find Chianina, the famous local white cow, a bit too lean. As we had done our homework and were eager to try something truly local, we went ahead and ordered the Chianina, which turned out to be incredibly delicious! The kind waitress also recommended the bone marrow and ravioli, which just happened to match our pre-selected choices. We ended the meal with two desserts, and I learned a new Italian phrase: la torta della nonna. Thank you all very much for the wonderful dinner!

   The most amazing steak I’ve had in my life up until now. Visited with my family (5 people in total) and everyone enjoyed it to the fullest. The waiter was super knowledgeable, patient, and advised us very well! Would for sure recommend and go again in a heartbeat once we digest all the food 😅

   We were immediately impressed by the beautiful, traditional decoration which matches the courteous professional service. In spite of the classic style, however, we were made to feel completely welcome and comfortable even though we had a one-year-old child. The steak is of the highest quality, as are all the pastas and sides.

    When in Florence you have to to try this steakhouse. Excellent service, staff was very attentive and knowledgeable! Our servers and grill master were all friendly! Definitely the Chianina Bistecca Fiorentina was the star! Fabulous antipasto and dessert choices! This why they are highly ranked in the World’s Best Steakhouse list!
