   Unfortunately we had a very poor experience at this venue. The reception is lovely and try to be helpful. The terrace is spacious. However, the service, food and overall ambiance are just terrible. The two servers were argumentative, and literally came to our table twice, service so bad we constantly had to go physically track someone down or ca the reception from our table to send us a server. Ridiculous! The food was underwhelming and undercooked. The drinks sat so long at the bar the ice had melted. Kids run rampant, making it feel like a cross between an uncomfortable family BBQ setting and a daycare. This place has potential but needs a serious overhaul!

   Unfortunately the service never improves at Reform. The prices are far too high to justify the very average food and almost non existent service. I have given Reform multiple chances as I live in the neighbourhood but it never improves. Such a shame as it could be absolutely brilliant with the right management and a good Head Chef. Sad to say I actually brought my admin team with me last night as a training exercise to see how poor service can affect your decision to return somewhere. All agreed it's a fantastic location with a lovely vibe but they wouldn't return due to mainly the service but also the high prices. The wine list is also very disappointing and hugely inflated. A 30AED bottle of plonk should not be priced at over 300AED, even the 5* resorts offer better value. I really hope Management starts to look at these reviews as I am definitely not the only one who has this feedback. If they do something about it I'll be back in a heartbeat but until then we will frequent Emirates Golf Club.

   Reservation was not honoured. It’s pointless reserving and serving just can’t handle the number of people. Had to walk and order each time as no table service

   One of the best places in Dubai to visit both with kids and without them. There is a new playground area outside with comfy seating right next to it, which is very convenient for parents. Loved it.

   I recently visited Reform for lunch, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Despite the lovely setting, the service and food left a lot to be desired. From the start, we had to ask for menus three times before receiving them. Every drink order took at least 25 minutes to arrive, even after repeated reminders. It was over an hour before we could place our food order, and once we did, the wait was painfully long. My husband ordered skewers from the grill, which arrived 30 minutes after the rest of our food. As for the food itself, it was underwhelming. My pizza had an odd taste and was overly salty. The fries tasted reheated and old. I requested mayonnaise, and they brought a bottle that was hot, likely having sat in the sun all day—something I didn’t feel safe eating. It’s a shame because the venue has so much potential, but the poor service and average food make it hard to recommend. I hope they address these issues because the current experience doesn’t justify a visit.

    Dinner was extremely good, we all eat Steaks. The Beef was tender, juicy and full flavor, and most important cooked well. We finish with a nice espresso, what had intense flavor and full aroma. The service was good and fast, the staff were super friendly and checked in after service if food was as per expectations. Great value for money, compared with our restaurants where you can eat steaks, it's priced well.
