Great food great service!
Our server was great. Was a little slow, however she was THE ONLY SERVER. Poor girl probably had over 12 tables. The manager didn’t seem to really be attentive or helping much with the bar being slammed or helping the server. We did have an issue with hair being in our food. I wouldn’t have said anything but there was hair in 2 different meals which kinda blew my mind. I stated that with the length of the hair that it should be pulled back into a hair net. The manager then told me it was. We watched the cook come out who was just wearing a hat not a hair net. Aside from that hot mess the food was good. The server did great for having a bunch a tables alone. Management was very poor. We probably wouldn’t dine here again.
This place is great. Stayed onsite at Cambria Suites. Connected right to hotel. No going outside. Host was super prompt, seated us immediately. Our waitress was excellent and efficient. The manager even stopped by our table. We even had a great conversation with some other patrons. We we’ll definitely stay and eat here again. 👍👍
What a great breakfast! Huge portions, fresh product and great service. It was outstanding.
The top rated place to eat on TripAdvisor, and still feels like a hidden gem. Never disappointed, and it's always on our list when we're in town.
Completely exceeded my expectations. I would give it more than 5 stars if I was allowed to. We could the warm crab dip to start. It was the perfect temp, not too fishy, perfectly combined with pita chips. Next my husband go the mushroom bisque, where the bowl was a bit extravagant, the bisque itself was delicious and definitely worth a try. Our entrees, I got a seafood pasta that I honestly can’t pronounce let alone spell. But man oh man it was beyond words. Lobster, shrimp, scallops, calamari, oh my! My husband got the 18 oz aged bone in. Talk about melt in your mouth!!!!! Sweet Jesus! And all that raving was just the food. The service! Oh man! The service. Our server just attentive but not too much. Always on the ball and ready to fill out beverages. Gave great recommendations. She made our experience that much better. We will be returning for sure.
Good food, drinks and good service. Nice place overall
It was our first time there. We were amazed at the quality and quantity of the food
This place! Just amazing. I’ve been 2x in the last week since I found it. Hidden breakfast spot that will steal your breath
The service by Lindsey was outstanding. Great crawfish quesadilla and TC Mule! Always a wonderful date night experience.
Ordered the filet mignon eggs benedict and was quite easily one of the best breakfasts I have ever had. Our waitress was attentive and delightful. I will be going back next time I am in TC.
Amazing food, amazing service, impeccable display! Loved it. Absolutely will be back.
Food was bland.
I was surprisingly impressed this breakfast spot. Portions were big enough to share. I highly recommend the build your own omelet.
We knew they were supposed to have amazing food. The location was a bit surprising but the service and food soon put us at ease. We easily had one of the best meals and drinks. Quality of food was clearly apparent.
While this is a little bistro tucked into the side of a hotel lobby; everything about the Valentine's dinner my wife and I shared was perfect. The prime rib for 2 was exceptionally cooked-a perfect mid-rare. Every part of our dinner was beautifully done. Thank you for a truly amazing experience.
Kathy was amazing! Made the entire experience memorable
Great food and service
Food was fantastic, and exceptionally priced for the quality and portion size.
Service was wonderful.
The room, though, is interesting....very small and completely open to the main lobby of the hotel. Very weird for food of this quality to be served in such a cafeteria environment.
Staff was friendly and attentive, and food was delicious. It was a bit loud, but seeing as it is part of the hotel bar it was not unexpected.
We were in town to see the colors and celebrate my 40th birthday. As anticipated, most of the restaurants were booked so we were happy to have found a table here. When we arrived and looked over the menu we were excited as we love a fine dining experience. We do it often! We started with Oysters. Stop there. Unless you like a lot of grit! Soup was average at best, too much basil. Then the entrees come. Piled high with odd looking deep fried nonsense on top. He got the filet coulottes, The steak had zero seasoning on it and tasted awful. I got the chicken. THEY SERVED ME RAW CHICKEN! Raw. I asked for a salad to replace the raw food, and they actually charged me for it! I was appalled. If you decide to eat here, stick with a burger, definitely what level their kitchen staff is at. I will NEVER come back.
The waitress was inexperienced and brought out the appetizer with the main course. The Calamari were excellent with a nice sauce and asian slaw.My seafood hot pot was excellent though i would omit the sweet potatoes and potatoes and add a little more corn and peas (goes better with seafood). The pasta seafood dish ,the seafood was overwhelmed by the pasta .
Reservations for breakfast at on a Saturday during COVID, amazing! Incredible menu, great service and delicious food! Recommend! I’ll be back!
Excellent food and service. The lighting was a little bright for our taste.
Great; beat expectations; very tasty food; great selection
Terrific food and wonderful service.
My boyfriend and I’s experience was absolutely wonderful! Our server was very nice and catered to us diligently, the food was wonderful, and the upscale business casual atmosphere of the restaurant was delightful.
Found the recompense Trip advisor, lived up to it’s high marks!!
We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the breakfast. Our waitress was professional and efficient, and they did a great job with the COVID-19 restrictions.
While some dishes were delicious, it was not as consistent as I would expect from a trip advisor #1 restaurant. My $40 bone-in strip steak was over-cooked and on the smaller than expected. Salads, apps, desserts were great. Service was not fine dining, but friendly and casual.
We were both VERY surprised by all of the good reviews for this place.
Walking in the door, I couldn't tell if we were even in the restaurant to be honest. All they did was plop some tables down in an existing hotel lobby with 80's decor and called it a "bistro".
The maitre d made us wait 5 minutes to sit in spite of the fact that we were on time for our reservation, were the only customers there for a table, and half of the restaurant was empty. Strange.
The food was mediocre at best. Absolutely no flavor in either of our dishes. Olive Garden has more interesting choices than they offered.
Service was good. I hope the waitress can get a job at a better restaurant soon.
Amazing amazing amazing food! Best in Traverse City!
This restaurant is fabulous. The food is outstanding and the service is superior. My husband and I were visiting Traverse City for a wine and color tour and are so glad we selected Reflect Bistro for our Friday night dinner.
Best perch in Michigan. The pork chop was to die for. Excellent service. A 5 star experience
Great service from the staff. Social distancing was observed. The food was pretty good except the lobster bisque was not fresh, too salty and over-spiced with thyme. They did take it off the bill. The walleye sandwich was really good and the oysters were very fresh and tasty.
Food was awesome. My go to restaurant now when we visit Traverse City
The food overall was good. One of our steaks was overcooked. Med Rare v Well Done. The ambience fails due to guests wandering through dining tables with their luggage in tow. The bar is also too close to dining tables. Loud bar customers within a few feet of our table.
menu stacked with many gourmet options... Corn beef hash was phenomenal... slow cooked for 12 hrs!
Food was very good. Enjoyed the Whitefish pate and would recommend the three fish Northern Michigan combo of Whitefish cake, Walleye, and smelts. It was delicious. Service was good as well. Get reservations early as with the virus protocols seating was limited.
Restaurant was busy with the brunch rush, and it seems a host did not show up to work. The servers went out of their way to take care of everybody and still get us in for our reservation out on the patio. Food was delicious, Libby our server was a joy and very helpful!
