This was the third time I have been to this restaurant. Every time, the has been amazing. The service was perfect. The restaurant was louder than normal this time but was fine. The menu is different every time I have visited. By far the best restaurant in Traverse City.
We tried Cambria for Sunday brunch. The food was good, but not special. The service, however was outstanding. The meals came quickly, and our server was very attentive.
Cute place. We had to wait about 15 minutes after having made a reservation but once seated we enjoyed ourselves. Our table was tiny and felt a little close to the people next to us. Food was slightly under seasoned but beautiful and good quality.
Food was just ok. Very rich and a bit strange. Had to wait 25 min to get seated past our reservation. We weren’t offered coffee or dessert before the bill arrived. Would not go back.
The food was delicious and the service was excellent!
My husband and I have had the breakfast experience and it was delicious! This time my mother and I had dinner, and it was absolutely amazing! The charcuterie board was my favorite! Cannot wait to return!
Great food and wonderful service. Menu has something for everyone.
Always love Brunch at Reflect ! Chef does a marvelous job.
Everything is always delicious!
Great food and service. I wish we lived close would go often!
The food is fairly expensive but not that good. Ambiance a little too bright and too loud. Families there with small children (because it’s in the lobby of the hotel) so it’s not a great spot for a couples dinner.
The food was great !
Great atmosphere! Highly recommend! Got something for everyone!
Really glad we found this place, will definitely be coming back!
4 of us ladies sat outside and ate dinner. Everything was wonderful! We definitely were not please with the amount of hotel guests coming in and out of the gate entry that’s within the patio seating area. They were loud, some were quite unruly, half dressed, etc. Some would slam the gate closed, others would leave it wide open. A lot of people stood just on the other side of the gate to smoke their cigarettes and weed. Unless that gate was closed to general public/hotel guests not dining, we would only sit inside.
Food was excellent but noise level was unacceptable. Could not hear my dining partner at times. Would recommend with that caution.
Really great. Our out of town guests really enjoyed everything about it. Loved how busy it was. We’ll be back.
I'm a pretty experienced gourmet, so I guess I'm kinda picky. I ordered a seafood fish that stated it came with a white clam sauce. Although there was a nice variety of seafood and it was beautifully cooked (not easy); the sauce was heavy and cheesey tasting, covering up the taste of the seafood. It was not the complimentary light white clam sauce I was expecting.
My husband enjoyed his 'lollypop' meal tho.
Also found eating in the lobby intrusive. Facing a parking lot not exactly attractive. Thought it was an actual dedicated restaurant, not an afterthought in a lobby.
This placed was billed as being one of Traverse City's best, and it was not. Lots of better places to go. Expensive and disappointing.
Sorry I don't mean to be a 'Debby downer' but don't want other patrons to be mislead.
Great food and wonderful atmosphere … kind and prompt service/staff
When you enter the lobby of the hotel you would never think that this restaurant would be good. You will soon be proven wrong! The food was fantastic!! As a foodie the whitefish pate app and fried perch entree were fantastic! They have a variety of local beer and wine, and we were constantly impressed as each course came out.
My dish was so salty could eat it and my husband’s fish was over cooked.
Everything was great…. Portions are huge!!
The food was great and there were lots of great options on the menu. It is a hotel restaurant but the food is great.
Knowledgeable server, Diahn, was wonderful. Talked us
through the menu and options. We ordered 1/2 salads which were still huge! Should have split the halves. For our cocktails, she recommended Traverse City spirits, which were really good. Chef Gary’s meals were prepared with so much care. My husband steak was perfect! I ordered the seafood pot pie. I can see why it’s a best seller. Our meals were picture worthy in their presentations, too! Can’t say enough good things about out experience at Reflect Bistro. I highly recommend this restaurant, and look forward to coming back here the next time we visit Traverse City!
We went to Reflect for a dinner date and it was outstanding! This is the second time we’ve gone and the food is the best in town - it’s creative, fresh and plated beautifully! The whitefish pâté is one of our favorites and the menu is always on point - excellent food and never boring, you couldn’t get better at a restaurant that has a view of the bay - this is the spot! Our waitress was knowledgeable and the hospitality is wonderful here. Thanks for another great night and we can’t wait to go back.
Our experience at Reflect Bistro was amazing. The food was out of this world. Our server, Libby, was attentive and kind. Will definitely be back!
Great happy hour menu (4-7). Decent wine selection and great variety on the main menu. Good portions and great servers.
Great meal, super service. So glad we could get a reservation online. Would certainly recommend. Also, good glass of dry Riesling, Chateau St Mischelle
Delicious food. Kind and considerate server!
We enjoyed a delicious meal and our server Jody was terrific!
The menu is creative, with several tempting options! We ordered and shared 2 of what we thought looked most interesting and we’re delighted with both ( s seafood papardelle and s potato-encrusted halibut) the wine list was extensive and interesting as well. We watched delicious looking appetizers arrive in big servings to our neighbor s’ tables. The only problems were that AC was too cold and the room was too loud.
Our appetizer and dinner was fantastic. Our waitress gave us excellent suggestions, and portion sizes are very large.
The food was fantastic. Surprisingly very good considering it was inside the Cambria Hotel. Best fish we have had in a long time. Service was excellent. Price was very fair for the high quality. Definitely will return.
The presentation and quality of the food here is over the top! The onion soup was made with Vidalia onions, therefore a bit sweeter. Delicious! The seafood pappardelle dish was full of scallops, lobster and shrimp, then topped with crunchy calamari. All portions were quite large; we all ended up bringing home leftovers. And don’t forget to have dessert! (But share it). Both the carrot cake and the chocolate cake were 4 layers high, plenty to share and then some! All in all, a terrific meal, made even better by our terrific server, Jodi.
Everything was great except[t the scallops were sandy/grainey
Had a wonderful experience. Food was great, service was fabulous.
Overall just ok, located in the lobby of a hotel the overall ambiance is what you would expect from being located off the lobby of a hotel. Waitstaff was accommodating and attentive, appetizer of smoked whitefish pate as nice, served with warm bread and pickled veggies, not your typical TC smoked whitefish, this one was chunks of fish intermingled with cream cheese. My wife’s seafood pappardelle was ok, pasta was al dente but only two shrimps, one scallop and no lobster. The dish was topped with fried calamari but the breading was very salty. I had the Great Lakes Four with side salad, salad was very nice, the entree was warm at best. The two pieces of perch suffered from the same salty coating as the calamari, the smoked whitefish cake had a nice Smokey flavor, the walleye was moist but tepid in temperature.
Food was good, selection was good, service great. Our waitress Jamie was super nice and took very good care of us. The resturant is kinda open to the hotel lobby which I'm not a fan of.
Went for hubby’s birthday. I got the seafood pastry and it was awesome. Disappointed they were out of the cherry bread pudding as it’s my hubby’s favorite. Tried a different dessert and it was awesome also
