   Well it's a hidden gem.. one of the best meals I have had full stop . Just go down the stairs and enjoy your meals your definitely will not be disappointed

   We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Reef&Beef, cocktails before we ordered which were made perfectly, we had mussels and pulled pork croquettes to start and for mains my partner had rump steak - rare which was cooked spot on, I had the crab linguine, it was fresh and tasty and so much of it that I had to take it home I couldn’t leave it for waste, unfortunately no room for dessert. The staff were attentive, they had great communication between themselves making sure they knew what stage each table were at, a few items were unavailable on the menu but they made sure that they had replacements meaning their menu wasn’t reduced. We will definitely be coming back.

   We had a 5 PM reservation, but they only gave us the lunch menu. When I asked about the dinner menu, they said it starts at 6 PM — but other guests got it just 10 minutes later. The waitress wasn’t helpful at all. Service was poor and the food was delayed. I ordered Sunday Lamb Roast and got Beef Roast instead — cold and not tasty. Definitely not coming back. And I absolutely do not recommend.

   We visited on the busy easter weekend so could be why is was so busy. Unfortunately, we waited 90 minutes for our starters and then a further hour for our main course. The food was lovely but I have had fillet steak many times and it was average. Service was lovely and they were friendly and very apologetic. The drinks were very good. Waiting staff were great despite the rush.

    The setting was beautiful the seating was mega comfortable, I will say it was disappointing to have paler napkins? Proper napkins were needed. Also my husband asked for just the meat in the burger no tomatoes or other salad parts and they just sent the beef burger put without the pulled pork, which was insane to me, he didn't want to complain because it likely would have took a while to get that sorted. Sadly service was slow, staff were super polite though and talkative and the one lady who was from Romania was a natural it wasn't her main job, she was vibrant friendly dlt and really talkative she is someone I'd have as a friend if I lived here. The quality and taste of the food was beautiful I had the chicken very tasty and Tiger prawns for starter, not sure why they are priced (each) just do three for #15 or something it's same with the scallops.. that being said we would go again we really liked it there. Also please stop taking the drinks menu away, we need it lol
