This was our first time at this location and it was a SPECTACULAR experience. Portions were a nice size. The manager was super friendly and our server, Josh was very nice and attentive. Service was excellent!! Food was delicious! Can’t complain about anything. It’s nice to have a Redstone in the area! Hope you read this and give them a try!!

Our first time at the new location. Excellent food complimented by even better service. Our server, Ross, was terrific- both friendly and attentive. We’d gladly go back.

Portions are small. Side was $7 and was such a tiny amount for the price. Charged for extra dressing when it was originally on the side and not filled up to begin with. Asked for coleslaw to be on side and instead it came on sandwich. Ambience is below average if you are in side seating area not where TVs are located.

This was our first visit and it was their opening week. The food was great and our waiter Josh, was attentive - friendly - and gave us great service. The manager checked in with us several times to ensure that we enjoyed our meal. Overall it was a fine dinner and we'll be back!

Since it just opened 6 days ago, there's always potential to improve. Friendly greeting from hostess and no wait with reservation. Shannon was our waitress and she was very attentive and welcoming. Placed drink order and 2 soup appetizers which took more than 25 minutes to serve. Shannon kept checking on the order and reassured it's coming soon. Disappointingly, the serving plate was hotter than the actual appetizer. Then within 5 minutes of appetizer arrival, our meal also served. Can only assume the timing food prep and serving is still being worked out. Overall food portions were good and the entrees were as expected from Redstone. We'll probably wait before trying again and hopefully give time for improvement. Lastly, for newly constructed building, the bar area is very limited on space. Conflict with bar stools depth, walking space for staff & customers and support structures. Very difficult to get past seated bar customers and dining area or walk in such a narrow space. You literally have someone crawling over your back

So my reservation was for 4 because that’s all the app allows you to do but I needs a table for 5. I called and was told it wouldn’t be a problem. Once we got there service was not good they tried to sit us in a little corner near the kitchen where the seats can’t even move barely I’m 6’3 no way me or anybody could fit there. I asked for a better table with more space and with multiple seats available in the front of the restaurant somehow they claim each one was being held for other reservations, may I remind you you can only reserve for 4 people max so how is it that these other people reserved a table that seats 8 and another that seats 6. I really feel like this restaurant did not want to put any black people in front of the restaurant or near any windows the host continuously lied to us and after she continued to spin her answers we ultimately left. This was clear she didn’t want to sit us in the front of the restaurant I wouldn’t recommend any black people attend this establishment. Save yourself the embarrassment and the time.

Very disappointing. Not as good as the one in Plymouth meeting. Drinks took forever to come out. Food was just okay.

Not the worst. Returned the Buffalo shrimp. They tried it! 4 large shrimp over cooked, barely any sauce. I’ve ordered this dozens of times @ Redstone and this was not it. Already overpriced but I usually indulge because they’re good. Not this time. The fried string beans and cheesesteak rolls were perfect. Service was the same, waiter nice but they were behind in the kitchen so the wait was long.

We went on their first Friday night open....tough for any restaurant. Made a reservation for 8:00pm and we were sat a little before that. Server was wonderful. Brought our drinks out quickly and was very accommodating. The only hiccup was the time it took for us to get our food - ordered an app, two sandwiches, and a flatbread. And we didn't leave until 9:45. So, the kitchen was slow but not unexpected on their first Friday. The manager comped our meal which we did not expect or want, but was very conscious of our wait time. We were actually impressed with how smooth everything else was...much better than the LaScala Fire opening in the same shopping center. We will definitely go back and try their more upscale dinners. A great addition to the Horsham area! Best of luck!

Our dinners were delicious but they need to work out the kinks in terms of service. We waited a very long time for both drinks and the main course but I'm sure it will get better over time. The place was very crowded.

Being familiar with red stone in Plymouth Meeting, I was happy that a Redstone was opening up in Upper Dublin. The Good - Food and drink was really good. Same menu as Plymouth Meeting and consistent quality. The Bad - The location just opened, so hopefully this is just an issue of getting things together…with that, Drink service was extremely slow. Food service was extremely slow. Our waiter apologized several times over course of evening. When our food was done, two of the three entrees arrived. We waited for a while, could not find our server, so we flagged down another server who promptly brought out the third plate (apparently it had just been sitting there). The Ugly - The restaurant has too many tables that are too close together. I was inches from the woman sitting at the table next to ours. And I saw people bumping into other tables as chairs were pulled out etc. It was ridiculous. I get that tables = sales, but if they don’t figure this out and properly space them, I won’t be coming back. So food and drink were good, but this isn’t a diner where I expect to be sitting on top of one another. Service seriously needs to improve (a lot)

Service was extremely slow. Kids received their meals well after the adults got theirs. By the time the kids got their food - adults were done eating. They forgot to put the kids meals in…one adult entree never came out at all. A really bad experience….

Food was good, but server was a little pushy and the cocktails were weak - where’s the other half of my Manhattan? Didn’t hate it, I’ll give them a second chance once they’ve been open a little longer.

We love Red Stone in Plymouth meeting so were very excited to go to this closer location. I would give them a few months to settle in. Tables were placed way too close to each other could barely get in. Service was very slow and food was over cooked.

Food was not as developed as we have experienced at the PM Redstone. Meatloaf was okay, not exceptional as I have previously experienced. I little dry, small portion. The salmon was okay, a little overcooked.

It's probably not fair to compare two restaurants from the same chain, but I'll do it anyway. We're occasional patrons of Redstone's Plymouth Meeting location. It's dark inside, comfortable seating, a nice luxey kind of vibe. Food is good, drink is good, a bit on the pricey side, but overall - a very nice way to spend on a meal and get great value in return. So ... I'm a bit disappointed with the brand new Redstone's in Dresher. The restaurant was load, bright, definitely less upscale. The food was good, though the piece of cod one us received was embarrassingly small, like what? Service wasn't particularly fast and getting our cards back took forever due to checkout issues. I'll forgive the service hiccups because the place is new, only a week or so. But the vibe. Thumbs down in comparison. Really disappointed. I've been spoiled. Will I return, sure, it's super convenient.
