Very noisy -Hard to hear fellow diners Took 50 minutes to bring out starter soups and salads- Manager did comp those because of the delay- Main courses were very good- Probably will not go back due to the excessive wait and loud environment

Service was lacking, food was mediocre. Too new of a place to be this poor in quality. Also compared to the locations in Marlton and Plymouth Meeting this location desperately needs improvement.

The waitress brought us the wrong order, when we asked about it she said she put in the wrong thing then and asked if we wanted our original order still. When we said yes, this was met with a huge attitude from her bc she didn’t see why we couldn’t just eat what we brought. The manager then made a comment that he hoped we liked this better and at least he was able to give the food to the staff bc it would have gone to waste. There was no apology and we were shamed because the waitress put in the wrong order and was mad when we just wanted what we ordered. The service was terrible and on top of that the food was lukewarm when we finally did get the right thing. The fact they took no accountability for their mistake and offered no apology is ridiculous.

The buffet was cold. The seating was uncomfortable. You had to squeeze in your seat and people were bumping your seat. They tried to jam to many people in a small area. The cakes were stale. I went at 445 and it seemed that the wait staff wanted to leave. Would not go back for a buffet.

Food did not exceed my expectations. The only good thing on my plate was the Buffalo Shrimp. The food was so bland no taste. I don’t think I will be back. The ambience is nice and server was nice that’s about it. Food is overpriced and not good. The cornbread was not good this time. The slice of cornbread taste old and was hard

We were there to celebrate a birthday. First, the service provided was OUTSTANDING. Our server, she was so attentive. She made it a truly amazing experience. The food was delicious. We all had crab cakes for the appetizer. They were so tender and flavorful. I few of us had the fish or the short ribs. We didn't even need a knife to cut them. They just fell apart with our forks. Such a wonderful meal.

Our server was very efficient and attentive. The prices were average for what we got. The restaurant closes at 10. We asked the bartender at 9:20 if we could move to the bar to have a last drink so our server could clear the table. She said no, they had already given last call? Seemed early and the bar was covered in dishes and glasses from prior patrons so it’s not as if we would have held her up.

Back to back weekends, this was the last straw! Reservation for 8:15pm, checked in at 7:55pm and didn’t get seated until 8:41pm. For the price of the food, you will expect a delicious meal, but not! Only the chicken wings was nice. All our steaks were way below average.

Excellent food. Although Redstone is a chain restaurant, the Upper Dublin Redstone is like a fine 5 star restaurant. The food is very imaginative and gourmet. The restaurant is beautifully appointed and warm. Our server, Emily, was both professional and friendly.

At best, I would say our meal was bad to fair. Drinks seemed watered down. The ice in both drinks were as if they were sitting at the bar for 15 minutes before they came to our table. Food was way to salty. Server attempted to do a good job, but every time she asked us a question, it was like she was in a hurry to go somewhere else. We will NOT rush to go back any time soon. It was like an over priced TGI Friday's.

We love Redstone Plymouth Meeting, so we were excited when this opened. It really seems that they cut corners on internal design. The seating areas look like a high school cafeteria. Food was good; sea bass a little fishy. Hope for improvement with time
