   Food was inconsistent this time. My steak was cook very good the other steak was undercooked. Reservations were made for 7:30 didn't get main course until 8:45. Our waitress was very apologetic, and the manager was also. They ran out of baked potatoes, so I believe they had some sort of kitchen issue. The manager did provide us a discount which was nice of him. We have eaten here before and were very pleased. We will be back. I guess everyone can have an off night

   Peculiar, small and very overpriced for a tiny strip mall restaurant Food was ok nothing spectacular for two people costing $200 without tip (we both had two drinks each). Would never go back I'd rather do III Forks or Capitol Grill for $200. Seemed more of a place for locals who hang out there every weekend.

   Ashley did a fantastic job as our server. We enjoyed our steaks (cooked perfectly)and sides very much ...baked potato and onion rings were delicious. We did comment that we did not enjoy our carrot cake with chocolate sauce underneath and she brought us a fresh piece. We'll be back.!

   This would be the 4th time my wife and I have been to this restaurant. All the other 3 (2 people, 2 people and 6 people) it was great. We have sent people to this restaurant several times. Tonight was not great. It took about 1.25 hours to get our food. Something’s were cold, some were warm. I had added 2 scallops to my dinner (my wife and I shared) but they did not come until we were all halfway through our meal. No explanation (although I heard the “short staffed” comment at another table) so it left us befuddled. I would just say this meal was disappointing. Our server, Chris, was still great but I believe this fail was on the kitchen. I had 3 good and 1 bad so 75% over time. I hope I can find another time I would want to go here again with results I have experienced in the past.

    Great steaks, solid sides and generally good service. Excellent value and much more intimate than any of the chain steakhouses in town. An intelligent wine list with reasonable prices and a nice bar with a well-chosen list of whiskeys. And try the real-deal Japanese A-5 Kobe beef if they have it. Best luxury food deal in town!

    Red’s was great, as usual. The steaks are done to perfection and the choices are many. The spinalis is a special cut of ribeye (the cap of it) and is an outstanding special they sometimes have. Great value too, since the sides are included rather than ala carte, like most steak houses.

    It was wonderful. This is the second time we’ve been in a month. Everything was delicious. The service was great. The house-made coconut cake is a must. We took out son for his 24th birthday. We had a fabulous time at Reds.

    Start out with the obvious…restaurant is in a strip mall, lowered expectations from the reviews right off the bat. Walk into the restaurant and notice how crowded and loud it is for what is a “good steakhouse”. No hostess table, felt as if we had walked into the wrong entrance. Tables are all very close, can hear everyone’s conversations and have to lean in if you want an intimate conversation. Service was very good, knew the menu and drinks quite well. Service was definitely a bright spot within the restaurant. As for the food….save your money and get 2 meals at longhorns for the same quality if not better. Steak was cold in the middle, potatoes were over cooked, and the asparagus was bland. Would not recommend going on a Saturday night if you want a nice dinner, they’ll let anyone in.

    We have had several meals at Reds. The first two times I ordered the Spinalis steak for $72. It was delicious and tender. Even for the outrageous price the steak was worth it. My last meal with them was disappointing. I again ordered the Spinalis steak for $72. It was not like the previous times. It was, quite frankly, tough. I am not sure what happened in the kitchen during preparation. I did not complain because my wife's filet was prepared well and I did not want to cause a scene. I am not sure if I will return to Reds for another meal.

    Reds has been one of our favorites, but no longer. Had pretty much the worst restaurant meal I’ve had there last night. Waiter told us chef was new. Steaks were all under cooked after multiple attempts. The entrées got mixed up and they had to remake two of the steaks, but they were still Poorly executed. There were several things on the menu that they were out of. We ordered dessert and were served some coconut cake that was at least a week old-dry and crumbly. The meat quality was way down from what it used to be. Restroom was not clean either. All of this stands in stark contrast to the experience that we’ve had at Red’s multiple times. Don’t know if ownership is new or what’s going on but they will be out of business if this continues.

    Our first time here. The service and drinks were great. The food was not so good. Salad, potatoes, broccoli i make better at home. Steak from the farm was ok. Mine was tough and although had the grassfed taste it wasn’t a great flavorful steak Prices better than most but the place is not attractive, no lighting to speak of, decor like a burger joint. So, its cheaper, but i still wouldn’t go back

    Red’s is difficult to find if you’re not a local. It’s in a strip mall and the decor is very plain. Our server was excellent however. The wine selection for a small restaurant is high end stuff. The food was good but not great. No white tablecloths here. The feeling of this restaurant was as a nice diner. Bar is active but not many seats. We had a pleasant evening because of our server.

    There was no one in the restaurant when we arrived. We requested a table away from the door because my husband gets cold easily. A server said “No” because those tables were for reservations. When we left the restaurant, none of the 5 tables farther away from the door had diners. That action left a bad taste in my mouth. Our server did a great job. The food was excellent.

    Ashley was spot on with service. Her assistant gathering dishes was right there too. I wish they still had the portobello mushroom as a side dish, it was a healthy and delicious option. The martinis were perfectly mixed and steaks very tender.

    Terrific meal. My husband and son had steaks and i had lobster tails.. everything was fabulous. Our waiter Chris was very attentive and even filled up our wine glasses gratis after we had finished our bottle… we will be back. Thanks for a great dinner.. Irene

    The steaks were cooked exactly as asked and were delicious. Chris was our waiter and was also great. This is a smaller steakhouse and an excellent alternative to the large overpriced steak franchises. Have the bread and the loaded baked potato.

    My first time here and it did not disappoint. We had eight of us on a golf trip, in which half had been here before. That was all I heard out leading up to the trip. Steaks were fantastic, service was on point and the drinks had a healthy pour. Can’t wait to come back next trip.

    Food and service were very good. The restroom facility was a bad joke with a sign on the door that the single restroom door handle was broken and you would need to announce to anyone outside the door that it was occupied so they wouldn’t walk in on you, soap dispenser and paper towels were inadequate for a restaurant charging $40+ dollars per entry. Ambience in a place that is in a strip shopping center is a challenge. I can be looking at the ocean and having just as an experience for the same price or less.

    I have dined at Red’s and it’s always been great but Saturday night was the exception. Server Ashley was attentive and courteous—the highlight of the meal. The food — especially for the price — was extremely subpar. The caprese salad, creamed spinach and onion rings were all good. The bang bang shrimp tasted like boiled shrimp that was doused with hot sauce and served — not good. The worst was the filet with broccoli and asparagus. The entire plate and food smelled of propane and tasted like it too — inedible. Everyone’s steak (5 total) had the same gas flavor. Finally, there was a hair on one of the scallops. Again, all the other meals I’ve had here have been great. It will take me a while to get over this experience though.

    Disappointed in the quality of the food. Fish was very overcooked. I did get a fresh piece cooked better but had to wait so long I had filled up on the vegetables which had not come out with the original order. So it was a piece-meal, overcooked fish, then 10 minutes later vegetables, them 15 minutes later fish cooked good. Overpriced for what I got. I won’t be back
