Redrock Canyon Grill - Southlake
The welcome to the restaurant should be the start of a new and nice experience... rudest, stuck up and careless group of hostess. I was not even greeted, the 3 lifeless hostess waiting for me to ask for a table. Disgusting, hire some grown ups.
Great food and drinks. Table ready. 👍🏻👍🏻
Great service, and the food was delicious! Portions were so large, that we were able to take home another meal.
We went for brunch on Easter. The food and service were excellent.
Chicken fried chicken was good !!
Table location was next to East door, high traffic and noisy. Food entree order was not correct but left it alone. Could have been a bad day as previous dining experiences have been much better, notwithstanding that we brought a new couple to introduce restaurant to them.
Loved it! The food was amazing! Service was amazing as well!! This was my husband and I first time going there!
Great time with good friends. Excellent food and service by our waiter, Nick. Looking forward to another visit.
Family birthday lunch, great experience
Food and service was very good as usual. Drinks were great too. This place is one of my favorite. I gave it 4 versus 5 because of value and noise level. Not super pricey but higher than what you would expect for this type of food. Noise was very bad but not sure how you address that given the environment.
We have dined at the Redrock Canyon Grill - Southlake many times before. The quality of the food was always good and the portions are generous. We like the atmosphere and especially the great service. Our waiter was Randall. His service and paying attention to our needs was outstanding (he surely earned the 20% gratuity).
My only reason for not giving a 5-star rating is our disappointment with the (unrefined) mashed potatoes and the horrible (chewy) grilled Brussel sprouts.
Great food, attentive server Matt. The rest of the servers were all pitching in to keep the table clear of used dishes.
Very pleased with the food and service. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice atmosphere and good food.
Deviled eggs were stupendous. My steak was good but nothing special. Enjoyable evening.
The steak and Rotisserie Chicken meal was delicious. Could not have ask for a better experience, everyone was super friendly and attentive.
Second visit to Red Rock. Food and drink were great. Service was superb and all the staff were friendly and helpful.
Excellent location, service, food and accommodations we asked for a quiet area and they put us in a corner table by front windows. It was perfect!!!!
Great food and excellent service.
Food was awesome! Service great!
We had reservations and were seated in the bar! It was too loud there to enjoy a nice dinner with our friends! We asked to be moved and were told no!
It was my hunny Birthday and we will definitely be back. Everything about the place was great...
Always great. Service from the bar was slow, but once it was brought to our server's attention it was corrected and he apologized for the delay. Great food and service.
Wow. My new favorite restaurant. The food was delicious and our server Kira was great in every way. I wish I’d thought to take photos of our meals. We will definitely go back many times.
Great food and fantastic service!
Highly recommend the rotisserie chicken.
outstanding service and venue for a Birthday celebration with family! Thanks Redrock!
Friendly servers, excellent food, delightful atmosphere.
Great service and food as always! :)
The mashed potatoes were the STAR of the meal! Chicken was really nice also!
The food was good, when I finally received what I ordered. Went with friends to celebrate a birthday and a promotion. Ordered the special - Arctic char with chimichurri sauce and broccolini. I got the broccolini, which was very good, but was given salmon with a mango sauce. When I asked the waiter, what is this? Is this salmon? He had to check, and then said, oh they put the wrong sauce. Do you want me to change it? Of course! Then I had a manager come over to ask if I wanted a new piece of fish or wanted them to "burn off the sauce." Huh? Burnt fish, that wasn't even what I ordered? When I finally received the Arctic char with chimichurri, it was very good. But by then, everyone else was finished eating.
Overall a good experience. The queso appetizer was the best - a must order is you go. All the other food (burger, filet, rotisserie chicken, enchiladas, soup & salad) were good but not great. I was really hoping to we WOWED, but wasn’t. Again, it wasn’t bad, just not amazing/outstanding.
The service the staff provided was excellent. I would highly recommend this to friends and family.
Service was attentive. Food was as expected (salads were cold, soup was hot). Very quiet than what we expected for a Friday lunch, which was a pleasant surprise. Good trip to Redrock all around.
Excellent service (thank you Shelby) and delicious food. Will return.
Shelby was great waitress...she was thrilled that there was a Shelby owner in our group! Especially since it was red!!
Excellent as usual. We brought guests who had never been here before and they were most impressed.
Food and service was great as usual!
We always have a good time, meal and service at RCG. They make a great French 75
Chicken pot pie was the worst I have ever eaten. Should be taken off the menu. The crust was like eating lard. The ingredients inside were all mushed together and could not distinguish what you were eating!
If possible, check out the Five Crowns in Corona Del Mar, Ca. That’s a real chicken pot pie with a flaky crust that rises a couple of inches above the plate.
We drove from Addison to try RCG for the first time and were delighted. Every bite the four of us put in our mouths was absolutely delicious from the cornbread before appetizers to the key lime pie after dinner. We were particularly impressed with the excellent service; unobtrusive, yet right on time whenever we needed something. RCG is definitely on our "repeat visit" list.
I enjoyed my experience. It was my first time in the restaurant. The waiter and hostesses were excellent. My husband enjoyed the teriyaki steak. I had the chicken enchiladas.
