   Disappointing over prior visits. We experienced servers vs trained wait staff. Shrimp (scampi) was tough. My med. rare filet arrive cool pink, swimming in some gravy, and another’s was not cooked to order. Server did not ask us to cut into steaks to check for doneness then were not to be found. Server put to-go containers in our face while still eating and did not ask about dessert, although my rez specified Birthday occasion. I’ll reassess dinner elsewhere next time in Norman.

    We got engaged there on Valentines Day in 2020 and now go back every wedding anniversary and every Valentines. It is our special place. The staff, food and ambiance never disappoints.

    I had the Hawaiian Ribeye and it was spot on! Cooked to perfection. My girlfriend also had the 7 oz filet and the same was true for it. We had the buffalo shrimp appetizer and it was very good. Had the banana pudding for dessert and it was also good. One of the other comments mentioned that their server wasn’t very attentive and everyone else brought out their food and filled their drinks and it was kind of that way for us, but I looked around and it was the same for everyone. So I just think that everyone steps in and helps everyone else, which can be good in most cases.

    Good, good portion sizes for the prices they have. Flavor for the food was top notch. I got the bone in pork chop, and could’ve easily cut it with a butter knife. Wait staff never stopped working, our waiter knew his stuff and how to talk to and treat his guests.

    Food was good, but not outstanding. Our first stuffed Poblano came out still frozen in the center. Manager brought new one but offered no apology nor did our waiter. Service was slower than it has been in past visits.

    Excellent service and all employees were friendly and welcoming. Bar drinks were perfect. Appetizers and meals were incredible - with one minor exception. The Prime Rib was not very good (tough to chew, etc). I mentioned this to a manager and was treated very nicely. The Prime Rib meal price was reduced to one-half price. This was very fair I believe and I am appreciative. Overall, the atmosphere and food were excellent. Thank you.

    This was my second visit to Redrock Canyon Grill. The first visit was excellent, so I took my parents there for their 67th wedding anniversary. Although I requested another seating area, we were seated in the bar. The ambiance there was not what I had in mind for my parents. Although the food and service were fine, the evening was somewhat disappointing.
