Love Redhawk Grille! However, bar on patio was NOT social distincing! I didn't sit at the bar, but people were standing on top of each other it was so crowded. Signs around the bar said you must be seated at bar, but there were many people standing.
Patio seating was well spaced, but very, very noisy. Food was good as was service. Looking forward to my next Redhawk visit!
It was our 1st visit. I googled patio dining near 44024. It was my husband's birthday. I wanted to make it special. We ended up being seated right next to the coy pond, which made it extra special. Food, service, ambiance, etc. all boxes checked!!!

I had made online reservations for my group and received an online confirmation. I came to the restaurant and was told the reservation was meaningless because the system was not working properly. Fortunately there were plenty of empty tables. I would have been very upset if we couldn't be seated. The reservation feature should be removed from the website or there should be some notification about it. Outside of that, everything else was fine.
Always a pleasant experience on the patio at Redhawk. I never tire of the comfortable atmosphere. The staff is always welcoming and attentive, and the food very good.
Good food, horrific service. We were there for 2 hours. I realize staffing is low due to Covid but there was a lot of confusion. On three occasions, the wrong food or drinks were brought to us. Our server changed and the new server thought we had ordered food but we were still waiting (45 minutes in), waited 30 minutes for the check and had to go get it myself. Food was good but no one checked in after it was delivered. They appear to have no table numbering system and no coordination amongst staff.
The waitress was patient and accommodating and remembered all of our many requests.
Food wise my crab cakes were cold, half my fried green tomatoes were only fried on one side. Most of all there was only a small drizzle of sauce! I don't think my table was cleaned properly, just looked like a dirty rag used over and over again. what about a thorough disinfectant cleaning amid the corona virus outbreak!
Kind of frustrating. I made a reservation but had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. They put us at a corner table on the patio with no umbrella. We roasted! My guest was here from Buffalo and I came from far west side of Cleveland to enjoy your patio. We were disappointed.
Trevor was an exceptional server, the food was terrific, it was just a great experience!
Took almost an hour to get appetizers, steak came out cold and burgers over cooked to request. This was our fourth tine here and it has always been fantastic! Very disappointing Father’s Day dinner! Hoping next time we have a better experience
Everything was great except they seated us on the bocce courts due to the large crowd but still better to be outside than inside:-)
Our server Lenny was amazing! Never had an empty drink ! Love sitting out on the patio I very much enjoyed it it will be returning very soon!
There was a few men smoking cigars in the patio and the smoke was too much. Several customers asked to be moved.
Service was great. Servers wore masks, but not the customers either entering or leaving. Menus were laminated, not disposable and we never saw anyone disinfecting them.

The Red Hawk is not following the state's guidelines for restaurants. It was completely overcrowded. We ate outside but it was concerning nonetheless.
THE BEST place on earth
My friends and I had a wonderful time. We love the new alcohol drinks. They could make them a little bigger the ones that are served in the martini glasses. Overall it was great.
Lovely patio area! Unfortunately, you can't make reservations for the patio but only for the inside restaurant. HIGHLY recommend the patio! Great afternoon and good food!

Outdoor only was open. Place was fairly packed, obviously people were wanting to get out and do something. Staff was wearing masks but not any customers that I saw. Table was adequate distance from nearest table. Have always loved the outdoor area here with the great little patio bar. Can't wait for bands to start!
This was our first outing since their patio opened and we were very excited and pleased to be there. We had reservations so we were seated quickly. Food was great and server was on top of things. All servers wore masks and the tables are spaced appropriately apart. Thank you Redhawk!

Our first time using the app Open Table .. reservations making online and at restaurant all went smoothly !!! We were taken to our table immediately upon arrive ( we were on time) . Service was slow at first however server had a big table next to us ... after that service was excellent. Food was great .. o e dish arrived cold and was handled immediately! Very pleasant experience all around .
