Great lunch and service!
Food is good, but prices, especially upcharges, seem to increase each time we visit. To pay $29 for an entree and then add a $2.75 upcharge to sub out fries with veggies, seems out of step with today's desire to eat healthily.
Been here several times and it seems that each time it slides bit more towards average or less. Two of us had the baseball ribeye and we agreed that it was not a good cut of meat and not well prepared. The sauce with it was not so good. Our two dining partners both had the small filet and they seemed very satisfied. Always order the cheesesteak egg rolls and spinach artichoke dip for appetizers. We won't be ding that anymore. The eggroll prep has been changed to make it easier for the kitchen while giving up taste and the spinach artichoke dip had no flavor. we debated whether we would ever go back and decided we might if we just wanted a burger and a cocktail but that's it. Even then it would not be our first choice.
Nice evening outdoor dining. Quiet outdoors. Energetic inside. Can be warm outdoors at lunch on a sunny day.
The Black Angus fillets were delicious, perfectly grilled.
Loud in the bar area. Service was slow.
We eat at Redfire at least once a week and we love it.
Manager did come to our table and apologized
Post Covid difficulties in reopening to full level of occupancy
Food was good, nice ambiance
Dinner was amazing, I love to try the catch of the day, never heard of Drum Fish before, but what a delicious meal!
Everything was great; however, we did have a bit of an issue eating out on the patio. The tables are very close together, and the acoustics were very loud. There were two tables of people being extremely loud; we could not talk and hear each other at the table. We prefer to eat outside due to COVID safety; it seems the tables should not be so close together. Otherwise, we do LOVE Redfire!
I was happily surprised that they had a Sunday Brunch. I was expecting the usual menu. Food was very good. Service was great. There was a saxophone player, another surprise. Seemed a little loud at first but got better as more people arrived. It was then nice background music.
Great food great service
Redfire is our neighborhood go to place. I recommend it all the time. Some may find it a bit "energetic" and maybe a bit loud. Love the patio
Great food, wonderful staff. Always enjoy going there. Our go to plac
I really enjoyed red fire grill and steakhouse. We were promptly seated at a table we selected. We sat in the bar area and the hostess was the best. She was very attentive and helpful. I can’t wait to die in there again. We enjoyed The fish special which was rainbow trout. It was prepared very well and it was very enjoyable. The cheesesteak Spring rolls were very tasty as well.I highly recommend going if in the area and looking for something different.
I told the host that we had a birthday at our table. He assured me that he would inform our server. Disappointing. Nothing happened
We did not appreciate the lack of social distancing practice. A party of 4 was seated right next to us, they were moved but another party of 4 was seated on the other side. Both parties were less than two feet away.
Waitress was good, but service was slow. Food was very good but a bit pricey, like $9 for mushroom soup. Loved the salmon on RF chopped salad, and my husband loved the shrimp scampi.
Consistently good. The last few times we have been, the food and service have exceeded expectations. The manager stopped by our table and I told her that Chef hit it out of the park again. Celebrated an early Mother’s Day with family and it was truly excellent.
Consistently great food, attentive server and nice atmosphere. Manager almost always stops at our table to see how things are going. One of our favorite places to go.
Understand that it is difficult to hire hospitality staff during covid but we have been coming here couple times a month for the last 8 years and never had such poor service.
Our server Ray is always the highlight of the visit. Good food and service as always
The food and the staff was amazing!! I’ve never been to a restaurant where everything was great from the appetizers, drinks, dinner and service. I would definitely recommend this place for any event.
Outstanding food!! Our server, Sarah, was awesome! She recommended drinks that were top notch! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! Love this restaurant!
Always excellent at Red Fire. The food is always great, and we love the ambiance. We always seem to run into someone we know there as well.
They were out of filet, two other menu items and one other steak! How is that possible? My baked potato arrived full of black spots. They did offer to replace it. Service was good and drinks were fine but both the menu and the cocktail list seemed more limited than the last time I dined at a red fire.
Was very surprised the dining room was filled to capacity when COVID restrictions limit to 50%
This place always exceeds expectations. Just remember to check the menu before you go.
Superior Steaks, Superior Service, an all around wonderful meal and evening.
Give it a try you wont be disappointed.
Food was delicious - tried the tenderloin sandwich and will order again. Had the best key lime pie ever!! Sat outside and it was a bit cold because of high wind.
Heard great things about the burgers at Redfire. Was. Very disappointed in the burger I got. Taste was so so, no grilled flavor, too much bun not even grilled. Fries were ok. Will not be coming back.
They were out of a number of things. Although not crowded at all, service was sluggish and inaccurate. Intervention by floor manager did not help. This is the new normal for Red Fire.
Food and service were excellent. We ate on the porch which was cozy due to the efficient heaters. They ran out of Southern Comfort after our first round of drinks. This was the only downside.
Kyle was a great waiter, accommodating and efficient.
Very good food and service. Menu could use updating.
Very enjoyable noon meal! Food was exceptionally tasty. Host was friendly and professional. Server was friendly, informative, and helpful with menu choices. The restaurant has a comfortable, attractful atmosphere with a great view of the outdoors. We will surely be back!
Good choice for a mid-ranged steakhouse. NY Strip steak was very good as was the Chicken dish. Thousand Island dressing on the salad was excellent.
They had no record of our reservation even though I had confirmed it.
Definitely disappointed! We were doing a day trip and stopped here. Salmon was salty and overcooked. Manager saw that I didn’t eat it and took it off the bill. Husband’s burger was fair. Feels like a neighborhood restaurant, with regular customers. We didn’t have cocktails, so can’t comment on bar service. Would not return.
