Redfield's will stay true to our American bistro cuisine with an invigorating new vision of dining in our casual, yet refined, atmosphere. From compelling starters ,such as our signature Steak & Stout Sliders with melted gouda, to mouthwatering lunch and dinner entrees, such as the Quinoa and Baby Greens Salad with lemon citronette dressing and garnished with feta cheese, olives, cucumbers, tomatoes and celery; Redfield's is re-inventing the traditional lunch. However, if you're in the mood for a classic, we also have an incredible Black Rum Bacon Jack Burger or the Chipotle Chicken Sandwich. We had Mother’s Day brunch on the 20th floor and the view was wonderful. Buffet was a lovely selection. Prime rib was perfect. There was champagne but no full bar upstairs...that was disappointing

Arrived to half full restaurant. Waited 10 minutes before being seated and another 10 before drink order taken. Drinks arrive 45 minutes later. All cocktails were far below a standard pour -- literally two or three sips and then just left with ice. Additionally, proportions of drink ingredients were way way off. Plates were brought in by sever on a rolling cart. Additionally, the cart looked unclean. Side plates for bread service had crusted on remnants of food. Salads were overdressed and soggy. Entree proportions vastly different -- a pasta dish was enough for three and the salmon entree was small (almost as if something was missing). The only good part of the meal was the desert. Extremely disappointed, especially as our gathering with family from West Coast was in celebration of our daughter's graduation from Syracuse University.

Pasta entree was like eating soup, steak was almost raw (although the waitress did credit the dish), and we were not offered the daily specials (overheard them from the next table over). This is a hotel restaurant so the energy may be given more to room service?

We were at the hotel and invited some family to join us for dinner. Seated very quickly in a good spot. The server had “trainee” on her badge so it wasn’t perfect, but was acceptable. The first thing I ordered wasn’t available so I asked for an appropriate substitute, which I got. Considering we were practically the only ones in the place, it took a little too long for the food to come out. The server didn’t keep us up to date on why it took so long and really never asked us how everything was. Obviously needs more training but no one was there with her.

The bartender in the Library Lounge wEnt over and above to accommodate us. Redfield’s dining was was pleasant but the lighting was too bright. Overall a great experience.

Service was very very slow, plates sat in front of us for at least 15 minutes after we were finished eating.
Quality of food just wasn’t there.

We had a table by a window. Really great. There were two menus which was a little confusing to me. But the selections were very nice. We received free champagne. Our server was very helpful. We enjoyed three courses and we will be back.

Prices were reasonable. Service was terrible. Server did not come to the table to check on us and we waited too often for food, drinks, and other things our table needed. Food was mediocre.
