    Dreadful service. After 1.5hrs, still no main course. Food when finally served was cold for one person and totally undercooked for another. In fact we waited so long for our main course we were offered desert before the main was served. And what was it with the offer of a cookie after our appetisers. Just weird. Incredibly expensive for what was a third rate burger joint. And the noise meant you couldn't hear the person opposite you. All in all, a terrible, terrible experience.

    The hotel doorman recommended this restaurant. We went after a broadway show on a Friday night. The only thing that would have made this experience better is great music.

    The food was decent, but nothing special, with one exception: one of us had the cheesecake and it was outstanding. What ruined the experience was the lack of service. We truly waited about 25 minutes after we started our food to see the waitress again, about another 20 minutes until we flagged her to order dessert. She never brought dessert. Instead after another 25 minutes another waiter asked if we had ordered something else, took our dessert order and then delivered it a few minutes later. Our waitress did appear with the bill, but she overbilled. She did come back with the true total.

    Overall a good meal. Nothing was outstanding, but it was a nice option for a quick dinner. A little pricey, but you are in mid-town nyc, so not too surprising.

    Great place to go before Carnegie Hall performances. Nice ambience and good food! We will go there again. The live music was also very good!!

    Our favorite New York restaurant! Never disappoints. Reservations are always honored , the service is always great... and everything on the menu,that we've ever ordered , is delicious...love the live music!

    A party of 7 handled well with constant service, quick turnaround and pleasant assistance. Some may think it is pricey but a good value these days.

    The food was excellent. We had the salmon and the shrimp and crab cakes. Desert was the banana cream pie. Yummy
