Food and service were both great. Really lovely homemade burger and good fish and chips. Wonderful chips! Hot, crispy and fluffy. Very good service from a gentleman with a good sense of humour - all in all a good evening. Only thing that could do with a little attention was the ceiling which looked quite water-damaged. But it is Inverness and we do get a LOT of rain…! Easy to park. Will definitely go again.

Restaurant was situated uphill, wasn't difficult to find with Google map. We took a flight of stairs up was a bit of an adventure as tourist staying central station. . Choice of by window or garden setting. Traditional Scottish fair, lamb was superb, seafood fresh & excellent taste. By far my most favourite meal fine dining around London, Edinburgh & Inverness. Service by was personable beyond expectation.

I am giving the restaurant an excellent review although my wife and I never actually ate there. On our way from our bed-and-breakfast our GPS gave out and we couldn’t find the restaurant. Maybe the next time we’re in town will get an Uber or a taxi to actually find the restaurant. we apologize to the owners of the restaurant for not showing up for our reservation. But we did try.

Food was lovely but service very poor , we felt we were just a hassle as soon as we went in . !! There was four of us booked for outside under the canopy for 2pm for food , says we couldn’t eat outside because it was raining ( even though it was under cover) pizza wasn’t on the menu till 3pm so we asked if we could just have drinks till then , however we were told that pizza wasn’t being served till 5pm as there was no bookings ! When I said we booked we were told it uses a lot of wood for the pizza oven ! So basically because it was quiet they were not willing to put it on ! It says on the menu 3pm so we were very disappointed ! The food we did have was lovely , pity the service wasn’t the same . Hopefully the lady who served us was just having a bad day .

We entertained this restaurant due to the reviews. Upon entering we were seated immediately and asked the we would like to drink. We ordered a bottle of wine and the salmon entrée. The waitress was friendly and took our order quickly. One dinner arrived, we looked at our salmon audit looked totally overcooked. We ate a much as we could and the waitress asked if all was good, I advised hr that the salmon was totally overcooked and the Chef should never had overcook the salmon. She gave no response. We finished our wine did not order desert. I am sorry that this restaurant did not live up to its review. Perhaps it was what we ordered but if you ever go there, don't order the salmon.

Perched in an odd spot but good parking. Friendly attentive service from all the staff. Good food choices and the Belgian chocolate& clementine tort was the best dessert that I have had for a long time.

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at the Redcliffe …. excellent menu with lots of choice and very pleasant service from the staff. We didn’t feel rushed and all in all, it was a relaxing experience. Good food and good company, always an unbeatable combination!

Exactly the experience we were hoping for. Recommended by a local. The walk to eat from our hotel was idyllic. The atmosphere at the restaurant was perfect and our server, Mo was amazing. Highly recommend. We all sampled each others food and it was all great.
