   My husband and I count Redbird as our favorite neighborhood spot! The food and drinks are always fantastic! Today, we tried several of the spring cocktails, which were delicious and our friends tried their mangorita “mocktail” and that may be my new go-to for a refreshing non-alcoholic option. It was soooooo good! As always, you can’t go wrong with their amazing burgers and yummy (& huge) chicken sandwiches. Their appetizers are mouthwatering and big enough to share- don’t miss their Elote nachos, Green Chile bacon waffle fries, quesabirria, wings, and more. If you have room and a sweet tooth try their unique spin on a bread pudding desert! Bring your appetite and you won’t be disappointed! The entire staff is friendly and attentive, and the owners/chefs are always happy to chat and answer any questions on the menu. Sergio and Rory clearly take pride in their restaurant, and their staff do, as well! We are regulars for a reason. If you haven’t been there yet, make a reservation for sure! It’s always bustling with happy customers enjoying phenomenal food and fun atmosphere. Great for happy hour too!

   Make sure you have a reservation bgecause thgis place gets busy during happy hour. Food was good, service was excellent, drinks were also good. However, I am still waiting for my credit card receipt to be emailed to me.

   We’ve been to Redbird Scratch Kitchen a few times before but this visit was kind of disappointing because everything we ordered was too salty — from the garlic pretzels, the waffle fries and the actual burger itself. It’s too bad because we do love this place but this time, the cooks were very heavy-handed on the seasonings on all the dishes which left a bad taste in our mouths. It’ll take a long time before we consider going back there now. You can tell the food would’ve been great otherwise. I hope they can have more consistency and taste tests on the food to correct this.

   Our service was excellent with attentive and friendly staff. The food was delicious. Fresh and innovative flavors with hearty potions. The only downside was the noise level was a bit loud but otherwise an excellent meal. If we make it back to Tucson we will definitely come back and eat here again.

   I’ve been to Redbird twice and had terrific service and food both times. The chile rajas tacos are worth trying. Delicious!
