they updated their website to say that it was closed two days ago. they let us make a reservation a few days ago even though the restaurant is literally closed and they never notified us to say that it was closed. :/

I ordered a seafood tower and most of the shell fish was on the warm side. The main dish was a chilean sea bass and the amount of money I paid for such a small portion was not compatible. The service was excellent. In addition, they did not have valet parking I spent about 45 minutes lookin for a parking space. Will not return.

Fantastic Post Quarantine celebratory dinner. I flew in from Philly just to get to a place that had indoor restaurant seating and service and even before I got to SoBe I had my reservation in place for my favorite Miami spot. Porterhouse was to die for and I ordered enough appetizers and sides to try to make up for 3 months of home cooking and takeout.
Excellent steak! The service was exceptional. I highly recommend this restaurant who wants to eat the best meat in town. Also the best lychee martinis!

Great food and service
My husband and I finally ate here and we will be back. Chef Peter and his staff clearly buy the best meat, seafood and ingredients. Besides the food which was delicious and cooked to perfection the service was on point and cocktails were great! We didn’t drink wine but the list looked pretty good. If you’re looking for a great place to dine with excellent food then go, you won’t regret it.
Food was good, service was slow, and inconsistent. The bar cocktail I ordered was not up to par, and on multiple occasions there were small black ants on our table.

I always go to Red steakhouse For not only the great food but as well as the ambience and the service. My girlfriend wanted to go there for Valentine’s Day but to get the full ambience we decided to go a couple days after on a Monday and as always Red Did not disappoint we had a server Danielle who was attentive and overall was great.The steaks melted in your mouth and the seafood with that hot butter was to die for. I look forward to going back very soon.
We had a lot of fun. I ordered several different things, all of which recommend, but non of which were wonderful in my mind. I should have ordered a steak but next time. Service was timely and personally entertaining. Nice wine selection. It's a cool spot that I would do again, and order a steak.
I love the experience in this restaurant. The Food was phenomenal. The service was on point. The ambiance was cool. Drinks were great. This restaurant is pricey but worth it.
It was an upscale restaurant with friendly staff. It did take us 2 hours after we was seated, so plan accordingly. The food was good and it was pricey, but we enjoyed it. Overall it was a good experience.
Good and exciting
The service and the food were perfect, but the tables are to together. You can't have any romantic moment or any privacy at all. Personally, I like it to go for a regular day but not as an Aniversary day. Its a regular restaurant nothing fancy as we expect it to be.

Worst experience in my whole life
To start off there was not valet services available when we got there. The person at the valet said that there was nothing and we had to go around until we found parking on the street. No type of accommodations were offered the answer was just that "WE ARE FULL" I had reservations for 10:15 PM. I did not get seated until almost midnight. We patiently waited and I think staff should of either called us to notify them that they were running a behind so I could of planned accordingly. After waiting almost 2 hours to be seated they sat us in a back room in a table that was fairly too close to the other party. We were rubbing elbows with the couple sitting next to us, and they sat us in to be somewhat of a plastic chair that was a bit uncomfortable. The only good thing about this experience was the food and the waitress who took care of us. Aside from that I think the staff should probably inform the clients about the delay or at least call and let customers know in a timely manner that they are running behind, like that it gives the customer the opportunity to go somewhere else.
Meat returned as it was cold. Table next to us simply left because of lack of service. Had to call for service to simply be cared for. Terrible for what should be excellent experience.
It took 1 1/2 hours to seat us with a reservation, our first waitress then took over 20 minutes just to bring a tasting of the wine bottle we wanted to purchase. After the manager courteously assigned us to a different table and other waitress, the other waitress was blatantly disrespectful and condescending. Had it not been for the third waitress, Samantha, who immediately began to serve us respectfully and gave us stellar service, our night would have been a disaster. My ribeye was no where close to spectacular for a $50 steak. Nothing was comped by management after the night we had. Very unimpressed. Unlikely I’d ever go again.
The worst Valentines experience . The hostess told me that a 2 hour wait was expected because of the holiday. Which was beyond ridiculous if they knew Valentine’s Day was going to be busy. Drinks, which was all I had, was good. Can’t comment on the food... other than poor planning from the restaurant. The hostesses weren’t very welcoming or compassionate about the wait either.
Reservations at 9:15pm, restaurant called to confirm reservation during the day. Arrived at 8:45pm, told at least an hour wait (guess reservations don’t matter). Seated at 10:15pm and ordered immediately appetizer and dinner. At 11:45pm still no appetizer and asked server how long would be as we had reservations elsewhere after dinner and were told she couldn’t give us an answer. Cancelled order and left, will never go back. Talked to manager who also “I don’t know what to tell you.”
Went to Red on Valentine's Day. Even though i had a reservation for 9:00 PM and arrived ten minutes early, we still had to wait an hour before being seated. Understandable being that its valentines day and its a busy night. We received menus 15 minutes after being seated. Waiter was moderately attentive. Again, this is understandable because if what day it is. We ordered appetizers which surprisingly didnt take long to come out. Our main course is where we really had an issue. we waited over an hour and did not receive our food. after patiently waiting, we respectfully asked the waiter for the check because we were starting to get tired. He came to our table and apologized profusely and stated that the kitchen is swamped and went to check on our orders. We informed him that if the food is not ready, don't worry about it and we'll just pay for what we received; if it is ready please bag it to go because we're ready to leave. the manager brought our food to the table bagged and ready to go. She apologized and adjusted our bill for the inconvenience. i said all that to say, if you go to Red on valentines day, i hope you're a patient individual..
Made reservations for Valentines Day three months ago. They called and required a credit card to guarantee the reservation, also texted several times to confirm. Upon arrival for a 8:30 reservation we were told they were running 70 minutes late on all tables. Sorry nothing could be done “everyone is behind”. They drastically oversold the place and did nothing to accommodate anyone. (Not even a drink at the bar) a nice lady who said she was eight months pregnant was standing for an hour and 20 minutes to be seated even with a reservation. I will NEVER return, poor communication and we were stuck with no other place to go on a sold out night. Shameful
Waited over an hour past our reservation. Food was late coming and isn’t worth the wait or the price.
Unforgettable evening with our largest customer. Food was outstanding and the service was brilliant. Appetizers if caviar, four gras with 100 year old gran mariner sauce, fried lobster and oysters were fantastic. Steaks were amazing and red velvet cake was the perfect cap for the night. Will definitely come back! Our server was the best!
We have eaten there before even on Valentines Day but will never go again. The restaurant was overbooked and crowded. Wait time was ridiculous and the ribeye steak we ordered was grisly and too rare. For the price we will get a better steak elsewhere.
