   Food preparedness and quality were fair to poor. Spoiled lettuce and overcooked steaks. Unacceptable anywhere... and especially at these prices! We had to point out the issues. They did address to the best of their ability at the time, but the fact that it had to be pointed out... I hate complaining when dining, but this time was necessary.    Same prices as other well established steakhouses, but the quality of the prime steaks were mediocre. All three of our steaks were overcooked.

   The steaks here are wonderful. They were tender and flavourful. The chicken dish had two chicken breasts. It was a very filling meal. This restaurant is quite pricey.

   Our meal was excellent except for my husbands Wagyu steak. Took a couple extra trips to the kitchen to get it right. Our server Damian , was excellent as well as any other staff we dealt with The restaurant itself was very nice. Clean and decor nice

   We have dined at this location several times. This will most likely be our last. The food was good, but the service was less than desirable. The price is drastically overinflated for the value of the food. We have had much better meals for similar or less cost.

    We dined at Red for the first time after attending a matinee at Playhouse Square. We had such an enjoyable experience! The food and service were excellent. We had the prime NY strip steaks with sides of augratin potatoes and creamed corn which were all very good. We had an amazing time and will be planning to come back in the near future.     We came here for a birthday dinner celebration and had a wonderful experience! The food was cooked and seasoned perfectly, every bite got better each time. The side dishes were out of this world - we couldn't get enough of them. The drinks were delicious and paired perfectly with our meals. The birthday dessert beignets were a perfect final bite at the end! Our server Dan was also so welcoming and made our entire experience from beginning to end so enjoyable and memorable! We couldn't stop talking about our experience after we left. 10/10 recommend for your next date night or special occasion! We will be back soon :)

    Food was excellent! The rolls with “table cheese” and olive oil were so good. Steaks were sublime. The sides were really good, but after the bread and appetizers, we ended up taking most of them home. We were there for a birthday celebration and the complimentary beignets for dessert were delicious (and shareable). Our server was great, she was very personable and able to give us great advice and information. We were seated at a booth in the bar area, which was fine, but can’t speak to the ambiance in the main dining room. Overall, a great dining experience, we will definitely return.

    If you visit Cleveland and are looking for a great dinner than look no further. Red is amazing. They have one of the best steaks I've had. The vibe is "chill" and the service you receive is top notch. When booking reservations,I mentioned it was my anniversary and they even offered us desert on the house.

    I went to the restaurant today and someone took my umbrella from Coach. The service from the entrance clerk and the manager was horrible, they didn't do anything and they also didn't let me see the camera footage. The employee at the entrance was extremely unpleasant and even shrugged his shoulders to say that there was nothing he could do. I made a reservation at 9 pm through Open Table. I do not recommend!!!

    Red used to be superb place to eat. Now they ride on their laurels. Last 2 times there in the month…steak done poorly. Salad this time completely brown…had to send back. Why would the kitchen even send it out that way… not exaggerating! Service is certainly not as professional as it should be for the level of restaurant.
