Food was delicious. Service was more along the lines of what’s you’d expect from a chain restaurant. We waited an entire hour to get our bill after finishing up our food. The restaurant filled up and they were way understaffed. Not the waitresses fault necessarily as this is a problem across the board in the restaurant industry. If that’s the case and you’re going to make people wait like that, limit your seating to serve your guests properly. Hoping Red will rectify this situation., as we pay a premium to dine with confidence that this doesn’t happen.

Food was very good. Only thing our sever did not go over specials. Also, when the side dips for an appetizer was served to our table the different sauces where not explained to the table. Other than that over all good. Would go back.

Went to Red’s for the Reds supper club dinner. They try to deny us saying it was no longer on the menu. Even though it was on their website menu as well as their happy hour menu at the bar. I had to defend my position and finally the manager gave it knowing we were right and they were wrong. It was an experience I didn’t think I should have at Reds

1st time experience
Good food but too noisy. Inadequate for business meeting.
Food was terrible. We waited one hour for the food, and by the time it came out the restaurant was closing and we felt rushed. My meat was sitting in a pool of blood, when I had asked for slightly above medium well.
This is the worst experience I had at Red and I will never be coming back.
Would I recommend it to a friend, absolutely not. Only if I hated that friend.
Why would you have a 9:30 reservation available if you cannot provide for the best restaurant experience at that time.
It was my friend’s graduation and it was honestly so embarrassing to have brought her there after telling her how amazing Red was in my prior experiences.
For the amount of money I paid last night, my overall experience was a 0/10.
I hope in the future, you do not allow for 9:30 reservation times or allowing someone to be served a filet floating in its pool of blood when they didn’t ask for that.
I did not want to send it back because I had already waited an hour and I wanted to just leave. Everyone was cleaning and packing up around me and it was not comfortable at all.
I will not be going back. Disappointing food, poor ambience, poor floor plan, loud environment. I’ve been to three of four other fine dining steakhouses. This was my first time trying Red, it was for a birthday dinner and I was disappointed all around. All the apps and sides just weren’t very good. We had the cheese and meat board, brussel sprouts, mac and cheese, and risotto. Each was bland and lacking flavor. We got filets and they were good but not cooked to their descriptions. They said medium was pink throughout but mine arrived with a mostly red center. Even after they put it back on the grill for a bit it still came back with a red center but I felt bad enough asking them to put it back on one time, so i just dealt with it. They have metal silverware tins in the middle of the seating area into which they dump batches of silverware every so often and it completely kills the vibe overpowering any conversation taking place. We had to stop talking several times to wait for them to finish, it was almost comical. There’s no soft surfaces to absorb any sound so it’s already pretty loud. The seating plan is poorly designed not offering much privacy from other guests. The service was not as good as other steak houses. Our server was a bit too casual with us and came off somewhat unprofessional. The entire experience certainly was NOT worth what we paid. The rapport at Texas de Brazil or Flemmings for example was much better than what we experienced here.
Truly excellent steaks, cocktails and sides. This is our favorite restaurant in Cleveland and perfect for special occasions!

Ambiance is lacking. Do not go to the tables on the second floor unless you want to feel like you are in a conference room and not somewhere special.
This was the first time in over a year that my wife and I sat and ate a meal at a restaurant, we couldn't have picked a better one to start again. The food was excellent as was the service. We were placed 6 feet from surrounding tables with we appreciated.

I have always had a good experience at Red, but not this time. It took our food over an hour to come out. The table next to us ordered their food 30 minutes after us and got their food before us. When we asked the waitress, she said that she was going to speak to the manager. Instead of apologizing, she said that she asked them to recook our side of Mac and Cheese and nothing about our meal not being ready out. No apology or reason besides that. Definitely not the level is customer service I would expect here.

Excellent cuisine. Modern minimalist decor....lots of deep red and black. Very nice waiter but his service was a bit off...he apologized several times. However, food was top notch. A nice place for a special occasion. Very upscale.

Service was slow. Reservations were at 8:00... Left at 10:15.
Three meals arrived, the fourth meal was over 12 minutes later (due to a grill problem). This meal was removed from bill without asking. The food was very good.
