Red offers one boardroom accommodating up to 12 guests & two larger rooms for up to 75 guests. The large room may be split by a sound proof door to accommodate smaller groups.

Excellent meal, absolutely lived up to reputation! We had a last minute additional guest who arrived as salads were being served. The staff was exemplary in how they accommodated this change that required a change of table as well as adding another meal. Very pleased with our hostess and all of her support team!
Anniversary dinner. Chris, our server was the saving grace. Kind, knowledgeable and with a great personality. Prime/choice strip steak was excellent. My wife’s fillet was mediocre. Baked potatoe was cold - couldn’t melt butter. Broccoli was cold. Stuffed peppers good. Folks at neighboring table seemed to enjoy king crab special. Unsure of a return visit.
We were five, my colleague and I, and three potential Japanese business clients. The food was wonderful, as expected, and we had a round table that facilitated our conversations. I had called at about noon on the day of our meal to see if I could obtain an earlier reservation, which was not possible on Open Table. The hostess I spoke with moved us from 7:30 PM (originally chosen in concern for possible flight delays our guests might endure) to 6:45 PM. This was a major plus, as our guests were concerned about a late dining hour. We had a slight mix-up with my colleagues meal: he ordered strip steak but received a filet. The entree was excellent, and he enjoyed himself in any case. Service was very good, but the waiter seemed to be a little less attentive after the mixup was pointed out. Be prepared to pay top dollar, but for the right event it is worth it.
It is always a pleasure dinning at Red. the staff is professional yet friendly, but always efficient and prompt. the steaks are the best in Cleveland. anyone can make a steak, but only Red can make this steak. it was perfection in cooking. the sides, potatoes au graten, cream spinach, green beans and, yes, macaroni and cheese were all well done. not to mention a exceptional wine list, priced across a wide spectrum.
all this and a desert treat for our birthday girl, the doughnuts were, as always, perfect.
Family in town- special occasion. We were given a table by the bar (despite requesting a quieter area- my father has hearing aids and noisy areas are hard for him.) So conversation was super challenging. Waiter was condescending- when we asked for clarification about the food- the manager came over (we didn't ask to speak to the manager) and rudely stated that the wait staff "knew from the plates what the food was" - I still think they mixed up the steaks.
RED- is an experience; I knew we would pay top dollar, however to be treated so rudely and with no consideration was a huge disappointment. My out-of-town guests asked why RED is considered such a great restaurant. I agree with them.
Service was lacking. 45 minutes to receive our food. Tables very close together. Fish and Steak very salty. For the price, we expected more. Other local Steakhouses we would rate higher. New experience here but not overly impressed.
The food was absolutely wonderful. The service was great as well. Our only issue was that bill did not get charged correctly to our debit card and then when it got cancelled twice, the bank put a hold on the card for fraudulent activity and we had to use an alternate payment source. Not a big deal since it was the end of the evening and we did not plan to use the card again, however, the card was locked until the next day.
The food was decent except that they put onions and garlic in just about every dish. All of the sides, except mashed potatoes (we ordered 4) came with onions and garlic mixed in. Even a side of spinach greens. That's great if you love onions and garlic but not so much if you don't.
Absolutely amazing I've been to hundreds and hundreds of different steak houses and this by far is the absolute best steak I've ever had in my whole entire life. The price might be higher than normal but it's definitely worth it. The staff is very friendly very nice most importantly it doesn't matter how you look how you dress you're welcome they don't judge you and they try to accommodate. This is one of my most favorite restaurants in the world and I go to a different restaurant every single day around the nation.
What else can I say, Chris, Penny, and James are the best!! We always love seeing them! On this particular night Chris waited on us and as always, outstanding service! A true pro! Side note: Shelly the manager is always a big help picking new wines for us to try!! Brad- excellent as always!!
First experience at Red. Hands down the best steakhouse in Cleveland (including that fancy 'wont mention the name' overrated place downtown that just opened). Service was friendly and perfect. Steaks well prepared. Excellent sides. Definitely our new special occasion destination. Thank you?
My party of six was comprised of four out-of-towners, three of which had never been to Red. They were so impressed with the food, the service, the atmosphere and the overall experience that they now consider Red to be a "must return" restaurant. For me, it was outstanding, as always. While I have visited both Cleveland locations, the Beachwood site is my personal favorite.
