    This was the second time of me going to red star for brunch on Sunday and though they have a really great atmosphere the food both time was horrible I hate to say it but I won’t be going back

    Horrible, the food, service and ambiance was displeasing. This restaurant should not be on OpenTable, it really depreciates the brand. Will never entertain visiting this establishment again!

    The experience was outstanding, love it. The environment was beautiful, people dancing and singing together was fun. The food was awesome, and the service was on time, on point, and very respectful. Definitely going back

    We had a very good time. The live band was great, they had a 13Yr old playing the blues on the bass guitar and the drums. He was very gifted with talent. The food was delicous .

    Went on a Friday evening date night trying to support a local business. Definitely a huge disappointment. Ambience, menu choices, and overall vibe was horrible. Very loud music, poor ventilation and kinda eerie. May appeal to a younger demographic like twenty-somethings. Hubby and I ordered appetizers and entrees but they were all subpar. We barely touched our food. The only upside was a pleasant attentive waitress. When armed guards suddenly appeared we knew it was time for us to go. We paid our bill and made a quick exit. Will not return.

    I reserved a high top table for 2 and when I arrived that were going to seat me a lower table. I was told that no high tops were available some, but there were some. My guest and I sat at the bar. I'm 5'9 and that why I didn't want a low table. They clearly were saving the high tops for larger groups but there were 2 groups of high tops

    The music is entirely too loud I literally had to scream the whole time to have a conversation I would recommend the food but dining in no unless it’s a time when the music is at a 6 not 22!

    There was a cover charge that I knew nothing about. Paid the $10 per person at the door and sat down to order but ended up leaving after receiving our food because the service wasn’t good and it was too loud inside of the restaurant. The food was okay when I got home. The waitress got my order wrong completely but paid her anyways because she was “new” I won’t be back though. I was celebrating a birthday and it did not go well at all.

    My first time was cool . Music , drinks & the vibe was great . Just the food was bad . I got fried catfish filet , it was so salty I couldn’t eat it after first bite . Macaroni & cheese would’ve been ok if they didn’t add nacho cheese, tasted like easy-Mac lol & the greens wasn’t seasoned . I was only able to tolerate the side’s because I smoke weed and was high lbs . Other than that I made the best of it for my birthday &first time and enjoyed … maybe I’ll order something different next time and try again lbs …

    It was a great place. I went for my birthday 5/26. The only horrible part was they were short 3 cooks so me and my party waited forever for our food but besides that no complaints. The waiter Ashley was great

    The food is always great! I actually like this place BUT on my last visit when the check came, I specifically asked the waiter is gratuity included she said NO! Come to find out, it was in cluded in the bill and we end up tipping her $18 on top of the $16 included gratuity. I didnt think that was cool at all! I would come back but the waiters should provide paper checks up front, not because we requested one several times b/c she was trying to get over on us.

    Something was going on where we couldn’t order any food,only drinks for at least 30 minutes after we got there,which was kind of cool because the atmosphere was good but once we(we weren’t the only ones)were able to order,the food came and was delicious

    Everything tasted great !! But my frozen drinks were sitting on the bar for 15 mins before anyone noticed and still brought them watered down drinks to the table instead of just making them over to be more presentable. But the problem was resolved with no fuss so other than that it was a great vibe and great food.

    Have visited many time, customer service has not always been the best. This particular day it was great! Arrived at opening time (11a). Seated fast, food served fast and hot! It was delicious. Prices were a little above average for brunch and gratuity is automatically added to bill during the week and for parties but gratuity is even more in the weekend.

    Overall the experience was okay. We had a waitress that just started so we kinda felt she should of been shadowing someone or someone helping her on the side because a lot of stuff she had to go ask about. But other than that, the food was great! Dj was late lol but the music they played in between time kept us a float. We would go back

    They have a 90 Minute Table limit but the food takes literally almost 90 minutes to come out. So The food finally comes out and of course it’s cold then the waitress wants to push us out the door stating they have a 90 minute dine in limit. We ask to speak to the host about our issues, I don’t recall his name but he was short and pudgy… he didn’t care how bad our visit was going he just wanted us out the door, didn’t even offer an apology. So yeah Service Sucked. Food was served cold. Floors were dirty. Host didn’t care.

    Outstanding establishment. The owners and their staff were superb. It was an amazing experience. The food choices were all very tempting but I settled for the wings and awesome tasty choice. The drinks were also in good taste. There was a live band performance was very good. I will frequent this establishment with friends .

    Overbooked and no table was available for my reservation. Didn’t call ahead to inform me, once I arrived they said even tho I had a reservation they couldn’t accommodate me and basically I was out of luck. My birthday was ruined because I had no other plans and I had other guest with me as well. I would not recommend

    I waited 20 minutes after being seated for a server to even acknowledge us. The person who sat us came to the table and said he was trying to find a server. Smh….Finally we got a server that didn’t really have a pleasant look. Now if I’m patronizing an establishment at least be friendly smile show me that I’m welcomed. When you force gratuity on customers severs know they are already getting paid and therefore they can treat you poorly. I guarantee you if this wasn’t forced they would be much nicer. Oh and let’s not forget she can back for the menu because she said the other table needed it. No nachos no salmon bite food was not hot drinks horrible. Needless to say I will never go back. The music and DJ was awesome !!! I give this place less than 2 years and they will be closed if they don’t get the staff together.

    Enjoyed the good food and good prices. Our waitress Rickie was more than just a good waitress but good energy. The young man who seated us had a dry smug attitude like his daddy owns it. We had just ordered another champagne tower and he comes over and tells us our 90 minutes were up. Mind you there were plenty of empty tables and we were spending money. Our waitress handled it but I will never go back. Also, why is there a 90 minute time limit when you’re spending money and enjoying friends or a date. Please do better this place can be great.
