   We have been dining at Red Sky the past several years. The food is always excellent and tonight was no exception. The cucumber soup and smoked salmon appetizers were spot on. The tagliatelle with ratatouille and pesto was very good. The lobster with risotto has been on the menu the last couple of years and is still as good as ever. Unfortunately we never made it to dessert this time so I cannot comment. We will definitely be going back.

   We had dinner at Red Sky on Saturday, July 29, 2017. It was one of the best dinners we had in Maine. I had lobster risotto and my husband had a half roast chicken. Both dishes were delicious. The lobster was out of the shell, the risotto was well seasoned and tasted just as it should. We shared a create brûlée for dessert, it was perfect. Service was great. The waitress was friendly, attentive, and helpful with menu suggestions. Water glasses were refilled promptly without asking.
