Red Salt Room mixes signatures of renowned chef David Burke like the clothesline bacon and his patented use of Himalayan salt to dry age steaks, with Executive Chef Anup Patwal's intricate seasonal New American menu.     Very nice evening. Our server was Mary so we knew we were in good hands. We started with the Clothesline Bacon. Hadn't had it for several visits and we missed it. Next I had the Caesar Salad while my wife enjoyed the Crab Cakes. My entree was the Double Cut Pork Chop. My wife had the Butternut Squash Risotto with Crab. As always, she loved it. Dessert was the Chocolate Flight. Thank you Mary, Jose Luis, JC and Edward for the making our evening so enjoyable.

    We were pleasantly greeted and shown to our table. The wait staff were excellent and we did want for anything. They were very attentive. We have dined at the Sunday Brunch quite a few times and the service, food, and overall dining experience has always been excellent. We highly recommend your Sunday Brunch for any special occasion or just for a great dining experience.

    Place was definitely over priced! Food was not good at all, the buffet didn’t have a lot of options. Our waiter didn’t tell us brunch/buffet was ending so we did not get dessert. A $140 hour er adult is a rip off, would never go there again. Our bill came up to $600 with 3 adults and 2 kids under 12 and we paid $60 for each kid. We could have done brunch 3 times somewhere else.

    We regret that you did not enjoy Brunch priced at $110+tax/grat for adults, $60 for children as advertised totaling $493 for your party of 5. Featuring 31 items, 5 action stations, 20 desserts & unlimited beverages our brunch has something for everyone. The last of your party arrived at 2:25 for your 2pm reservation, but our server promptly attended to your needs and is seen on CCTV refilling drinks throughout your meal. Although you enjoyed multiple buffet trips, not all stations were explored. All stations were plentiful until end time of 4pm. Since you left at 4:43pm the breakdown process had commenced. While we hope the next time you fully experience all the Brunch stations, we find your reviews across multiple platforms unfair and misleading as they do not portray an honest account.

    Unfortunately this was an epic fail! My expectations were shattered but the quality of the dishes. As soon as I cut into the octopus app it was going to be a long night. When I questioned the waiter on the preparation of the dish I was surprised how the dish was prepared. (Boiled then grilled=rubber char!). The rest of the meal was ehh! Not worth the $$$ better steak and seafood at capital grille!

    We had a very nice evening at the RSR this past week. Our server was Mary, back from a well deserved vacation. As always, Mary provided impeccable service. Thank you Mary. Our dinner was delicious. My wife started with the Crab Cakes while I had the Caesar Salad. Her entree was the Chicken Milanese. I had the Double Cut Pork Chop. The side we shared was Grilled Asparagus. Dessert was the Chocolate Flight. Our wine was a Jadot Santenay. Of course Jose Luis on hand. It is such a pleasure dining at the RSR. Gracious professionalism describes it best. Thank you everyone at the RSR.

    The service was attentive for the most part. Didn't care for the not asking though. My husband asked for sparkling water, I think they thought that meant we both wanted it. So they poured it for the both of us, whatever - I was going to finish my glass and ask for regular water. Before I could finish my glass they tried to pour more, but didn't ask if I wanted more. So I stopped the server mid-pour and they looked annoyed about it, and disappeared. Also with the bacon, we didn't finish it, 2 pieces left. I was going to ask to take the rest home, but before we could ask, the waiter already came over to to cut up each piece 1 for me, 1 for my husband. We ordered A LOT of food, mostly everything was good, but nothing was mind blowing that would make us want to go back. For that price point I expected more. Best thing for me was the sauce on the Seared Scallops. Hubby says his favorite was the Charcoal Grilled Octopus. Biggest disappointment was the Lobster Bisque. That was insanely watery to be a bisque. Should've called it Lobster Soup. The sauce on the Scallops was creamy, if the Bisque texture was like that would've been great. But we both agreed - overpriced for average food - one and done for us.

    We appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns and clarify our service practices. When ordering water, we always inquire about preferences at the table. If two different kinds are requested, we ensure both are served accordingly. When a glass is half empty our standard is that we automatically repour. However, we are more than happy to refrain from refilling once instructed not to do so. Similarly, with bacon, we would have been more than happy to pack this to go had we been informed to do so. We sincerely regret that certain dishes did not meet your expectations. If we had been made aware of this during your visit, we would have been more than willing to provide alternative options to ensure your complete satisfaction.

    Love this place, food is always excellent, the filet mignon is our favorite. Ambiance is beautiful. Great selection of cocktails. Our last waiter, Teddy, was top notch. Absolutely recommend the Red Salt Room.

    The Valentine’s Day Experience was prepaid for and tip included the waiters behavior showed he did not care about service. If you are going offer a Valentine’s Experience please let it be memorable for positive memories. All I will remember is the bad service Every time I was served an entree none of the correct utensils were given to eat our meal Never asked once if we wanted another drink I purchased the valentines special drinks for 65 dollars Drinks were good my drink just to save money on liquor was presented with 2 golf ball size ice balls funniest thing I ever saw in a drink to save money on liquor The Margerita was fabulous the second drink lots of liquor

    We apologize for any dissatisfaction you encountered during your experience at our pre-fixe four-course Valentine’s Day Dinner. Please note that all utensils were pre-set, except for dessert service, explained during service. Regarding the round ice balls, they do not affect the quantity of alcohol poured, as the ounces remain consistent whether with or without ice. These round ice balls, along with square ones, are part of a current trend in craft cocktails. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed several drinks in particular the Margarita and sincerely hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back, allowing us the chance to regain your confidence in our establishment.

    Overall experience was very good. The salmon was excellent as were the sides though they were a bit pricey. Was somewhat disappointed in that the bone-in ribeye was asked to be prepared medium rare and was actually more medium - medium well. Otherwise it was a good experience and would definitely try again.

    From front of house to back professional yet not stuffy service. Atmosphere on the dark side, our table was fine . Red accent lighting throughout and candles on all tables. Beautiful . Food was top notch . Not huge portions but totally filling.

    Had a very nice time once again. J C was our server & it was apparent from the start why he is the Captain of Servers. As for the dinner, we both started with the Crab Cakes. For my entree I chose the Risotto with Crab. So much crab it could have easily been called Crab with Risotto. Either way, it was delicious. My wife had the Lamb Ragu and loved it. Creamed Spinach was the side. J C recommended the Chocolate Flight for dessert. We’ll be having it again. Thank you again to Jose Luis. Thank you RSR.

    First time at Red Salt Room. Very nice upscale atmosphere. Restaurant week menu was perfect, and we added some extra options. Food was presented very impressively and was excellent. NY Strip was tender and Short Ribs were delicious. We were a group of 4 and noticed they had already added an 18% gratuity to the bill. (The other couple we were with had eaten there several times before and had never seen that automatically added to their bill. Uncertain if that is always automatically added, or if it was done due to Restaurant Week). We will definitely dine there again.

    Main courses-salmon and short ribs were outstanding. Appetizers- mushroom pate and Cesar salad were good. Desserts were average. The egg nog ice cream was tasteless. We arrived at 5:30 and by the time we left at 6:45 the room was so loud I could not hear my wife. I’m sorry but I would not go back it was too damn loud.

    We had a very nice evening at the Red Salt Room this past week. It being Restaurant Week, the dining room was a little busier than we normally find it. Fortunately, the professional staff is always able to adjust to whatever comes their way. Our server Moe was courteous and professional. As busy as he was, he made a point of checking with us from time to time making certain that we were enjoying our dinner and were not in need of anything. Head busser Jose Luis was on hand constantly watching and listening and always working. Make eye contact with Jose Luis and his instincts and years of experience bring him to your table to see if anything is needed. As for our dinner, excellent! I had the Double Cut Pork Chop in a bed of vegetable minestrone. Fantastic combination. Prepared to perfection. My wife had the Lamb Ragu Siciliano. Delicious. Thank you RSR.

    Food and service were excellent. Very pleased with restaurant week menu. The short ribs were stupendous!

    Reservation at 9p and was not seated till 930. Sat in the bar for cocktails and was then asked to leave as the space was reserved for an event. My 12oz filet was a poor cut and was served in three pieces. The lobster tail was under cooked in my daughter’s meal. Not a good experience and not worth the money
