Red Salt Room mixes signatures of renowned chef David Burke like the clothesline bacon and his patented use of Himalayan salt to dry age steaks, with Executive Chef Anup Patwal's intricate seasonal New American menu. Awarded the American Academy of Hospitality Science's "Five Star" Diamond award, Red Salt Room will transport guests to the kind of luxury and elegance they have come to expect from The Garden City Hotel.

Dinner:
- Wednesday & Thursday 5pm to 9pm
- Friday & Saturday 5pm to 9:30pm
Brunch:
- Sunday: Seatings 11am and 1:30pm

Dress Code: tastefully casual. No hats, sweatpants, tank tops, crop tops, flip-flips, open toe shoes on gentlemen, or pool/gym attire. Hoodies are allowed, but hoods must be worn down.

For parties of 8 or more, a $50 deposit per guest is required, and will be redeemed on the date of the reservation.

We went for special Sunday brunch and weren't disappointed. A huge array of things to eat, and of course multiple trips to the buffet! It is very expensive, but you're paying for the variety of food. My personal opinion is that it's great for a special occasion (given the price).

Everything was absolutely delicious and exceeded expectations! The salads were a standout — incredibly fresh, flavorful, and unique. The service was great, and the entire brunch offered a creative mix of dishes that felt both familiar and exciting!

Mother's Day lunch in the ballroom of the Garden City was beautiful. There is an amazing buffet assortment of fresh food and the staff if constantly replenishing. The staff is extremely professional. Despite it being a buffet there are two staff servers assigned to your table. We were very fortunate to have Mary and Jose Berrios assigned to our table to ensure that we always had a cold drink, hot coffee, cleaning away the dirty dishes and always refreshing/folding our table linen napkins each time we got up to get more food. The only negative I had is that I think the price point for a buffet, $160 per person is extremely high. My family and I had a lovely and delicious Mother's Day at the Red Salt Room.
