Great food, great drinks. Quality was outstanding. Normally tapas is not enough to fill me up but had a few different tacos and some chips and guacamole which hit the spot. The old fashioned was great!!

There was nothing about our experience today that would make us ever consider coming back to this place. We stood at the host stand for a few minutes while one lady stood at the bar doing inventory and two male employees were just enjoying each other’s company at the bar. My husbands food came out first and he was completely finished with his meal before mine ever made it to the table. Then, my chicken torta with “grilled pineapples” came out as nothing but cold canned pineapples and half a pound of cheese with maybe 6-7 tiny shreds of chicken. The French fries were super hot and fresh but had been cooked so long they were hard as rocks. We ordered orange juices and they sat on the bar for almost 5 minutes because our server was nowhere to be found. I’m not exaggerating when I say there were 3 tables with 2 people each at them for a total of 6 people dining in the restaurant with 7 employees. It is incredibly rare that I leave a review that is not 5 Stars, but I believe the owners really need to know how little their staff seemed to care about serving the customers that chose this restaurant over many other options in the area. I think I’m understanding why there was no one there at 1pm on a Sunday. We chose to share a plate of crepes based on how cute they looked on the menu… I’ve posted a comparison of what we ordered versus what we received.

I been to lot of Spanish restaurants. These kind of fusion tapas is not my thing. Nothing stands out.

I had high hopes for Altiro given its charming location and inviting ambiance, but unfortunately, my experience fell short across the board. I ordered the carnitas tacos, which sounded promising but arrived lacking in seasoning and flavor. The meat was tender, but without much taste, it didn’t live up to expectations. Service was another disappointment. We waited an uncomfortably long time to place our order and even longer for our food to arrive. It felt as though the restaurant was either understaffed or unprepared for the lunch crowd, and the lack of attentiveness made the experience feel disorganized and frustrating. Considering the quality of food and service, the value just wasn’t there. With so many great dining options in the area, I expected more from Altiro. Hopefully, this was just an off day, but based on this visit, I left feeling underwhelmed and unlikely to return.

While doing the best they could the service was not great. But it was with many smiles and apologies. That helped. The food and service value did not cover the prices.

Friendly, clean nice atmosphere. A bit too loud for comfortable conversation. Our group felt it was a bit overpriced. Food was good.

Fantastic food and service!Salsa was so good! Drinks were unique and tasty. Atmosphere was a little dark. Highly recommend!
