   A great place for a family get together. The service was excellent and the food was very good. We really liked the special attention the server gave us. It was our Christmas celebration and we’re so glad that we all met at Pacific Palms and spent the evening at their Red Restaurant. Will hopefully do it again next year.

   Unfortunately, we did not dine at Red restaurant. On the day of our reservation, someone called and left a message that it’s under construction so we will be dining at another restaurant at the same hotel. At the time, our large party is hard to change venue, so we just went with it. I was hoping to sit down and rest, yet I stood there for what seems like 20-30 minutes waiting for staff to give us a functional high chair that’s not broken. Services and food, as well as the music are excellent. I have no complaint. It’s just with all things transpired, I can only give it 3 star, because we were originally expecting the lake view experience at Red restaurant, but told we are dining at lobby level restaurant instead.

   After a delicious meal, it was just perfect to go outside and take in the gorgeous view from the hilltop.

   Overall, everything was good, just be prepared to wait. We had to wait a long time for a table, despite having reservations. Then we had to wait a long time to place our order.

   Overall, it was a good experience due more so because of the amazing views and outdoor setup. Highly recommend outdoor seating for dinner. Food was okay. I would expect more flavor for the price but the larger portion of the filet mignon I guess makes up for it. Not impressed at all with the Seafood Trio and they weren’t very generous with the portions. I believe it included only 2 scallops, 4 shrimp, and a small serving of grilled salmon, along with some tomatoes and broccoli. Service was ok but on the slow side. There was no hostess to seat us when we arrived. Probably waited about 5 minutes before anyone showed up. Took a while for them to deliver our bread as well, maybe 10 minutes after seating. Towards the end, there was literally no one serving the outdoor patio when I was ready for my check. They did bring a dessert dish in celebration of our anniversary so I think that made up for it. I would definitely come back for special occasions becasuse it’s a lovely venue.

   Wait staff was much more attentive than in the past. Food was delicious as usual. If it wasn’t for the children yelling loudly on the balcony above, it would have been perfect.

   The outdoor setting is amazing you feel like you are on vacation in some Caribbean island, you forget you are in City of Industry of all places. The food is a different story. Is alright but not on par with the scenery. The service is great. I would definitely recommend for a first date, she would be impressed.

   Service was very good, but food was not good at all. We had to send our steaks back to be cooked more and they still came back not done right. Mine was a New York strip and it was virtually raw inside and had a tremendous amount of Grisel all through it. Coming from a family where my father was a government meat grader its frustrating to get a bad steak. I have to say the manager and our waiter tried their best to make us happy. The manager was very nice and took care of the whole bill. Thank you for that. The food is too pricy to have to pay for a steak that is not good.

    My family and I were celebrating our Aunts birthday. We really enjoyed eating outside with the music and beautiful view while eating dinner. The restaurant made everyone that was celebrating a birthday very special. Ryan our waiter was outstanding along with his coworkers very friendly and polite. Thank you for making this evening special for our Aunt.
