Red Lobster is one of our favorite restaurants. We go at least 4 times a year. This time it was for my birthday. We got the room in the back. Great service and food.

Out of several items we wanted. They had two red wines to choose from. A Pinot and a Cabernet. That’s it. They were out of the Cabernet. So one choice. Steaks were not cooked to order and lobster was meh. Nothing special. It was for. 59th wedding anniversary and was rather disappointing. The waitress was very attentive. Kudos to her.

I always go here when I crave crab legs. The price has gone up and the portion has gone down. The biscuits are also smaller. I may have to think twice about going to another Red Lobster in the future.

We went in a group of six. It was the Mon the 5th of July around 7pm. There was not many tables busy, maybe another 5-6 tables. It took 10min to get our orders and then another 10min to get the biscuits and silverware. Then another 30min to get the food. Let me say that I have been in this location at least twice before and things were ok (food, cleanness and service). This time around, all have been unsatisfactory. Food was not fresh for the most part (except the garlic biscuits maybe). But lobster and the linguini were definitely not fresh. Our server was very nice, but she obviously was overwhelmed, and she tried her best but there were not enough help, she did mention that the kitchen is running late on all orders. Last one is the cleanness, there were food pieces on the ground between tables (most likely dropped when there were cleaning tables, and no one picked them up for the whole duration we were there, I ran into them going to the restroom when we came, and they were still there when I went to wash my hands before we leave). The restroom was no clean, not just one day use, but there was stains in the bathroom that takes days to build up. So obviously no one really cleaned these pathrooms thoroughly for days if not weeks. It is sad, but I'm not coming back to this branch in the near future.

Ervice was good. Server was nice but did not seem to pay a lot of attention to our table. She did make sure we received our food but did not check back to often.
