Service was ok but the food was not. For a seafood restaurant I expect them to cook it properly. My lobster tails were over cooked and my wife’s lobster tacos hardly had any lobster and it was the rubbery claw meat that was also over cooked. We had to get waitress to swap out the rice for both of us because it was so over cooked it was hard and dry. This experienced reminded us why we never eat at Red Lobster.

It's a place where you can always find your basic fresh seafood even in the Triad of North Carolina, 4 hours from the sea!

The food was good, the service was a little slow, but we enjoyed the evening for the most part.

Red Lobster should not be on Open Table. They do not honor reservations. We arrived a few minutes before 7pm for a 7pm reservation. We were told we had to wait 15 minutes for a table. We waited 20 minutes, which is the same amount of time people without reservations waited. The restaurant was not at all busy, but it was 7:45pm before the waitress took our order. We got bread 10 minutes later, almost 1 hour after we arrived. They were out of some side dishes and had only 1 1/4 lb lobster. I was substituted a 3 lb lobster while my wife took the smaller one. The smaller lobster was 31.99, but I was charged 76.99 for the larger one. A price the did not mention. Overall a terrible experience. I hope never to return.
