Had a farewell dinner for one of my friends (it's her favorite spot to eat). Everyone had a good time, and the waitress was very kind and accommodating (Melissa).

The service was poor and we did not get what we ordered. She seemed very out of it and could not manage the simple tasks in front of her.

Our waitress was very good Came back several times to make sure our dining experience was good She also explained the promotion buying gift cards of $50 and receiving $10 x 2 for purchasing them. Which we did!

My experience was great! I can't really complain much besides toddlers yelling, which is normal for weekend visits after church hours. Overall, the day went quite well, with no other complaints. The food was fresh and delicious. The overall service was great. Four star visit!

Waited over an hour to be seated. What’s the point of making a reservation if I have to wait that long? The waiter was nice and food was ok.

Came to this Red Lobster hoping for a great dinner ,but I honestly wish i had went elsewhere when you spend your hard earned money you should be satisfied & happy with your dinning experience 100%..But in the midst of my frustration & food just sitting..Thankfully the manger Dorian had my food remade & i was able to take it home an eat then! I normally tip very well but my server was way to busy to attend to my concerns so the tip is treat ppl how you would wanna be treated ! No worries I won’t be back
