   Terrible! Too many people standing around and not working. Our server was working to make things efficient for her and not the customers. Took 20 mins to get drinks and 1.5 hours to get food after drinks. No refills. Order was incorrect and missing items. Ridiculous, get to the restaurant at 6:40pm, food can to our table at 8:45pm.

   Food was over seasoned. I have ordered Rainbow Trout and got cheaper salt waster fish flounder. First they told me it is Rainbow trout. Finally manger agreed that this does not look like Rainbow Trout. This fish had very farm meat like wohoo fish.

   Food was cold and did not tasted good. Margaritas were very icy and not flavorful. Will not visit this specific Red Lobsters ever again.

   Food and server were great! Host was a bit awkward. We had a reservation through OpenTable and arrived 5 minutes before time. We were told we would have a 15 minute rate and there were many empty tables. The host told us the reservation only meant something if someone walked in and we showed up with our reservation at exactly the same time. Seems that defeats the point of having a reservation somewhat. We only ended up waiting 5 minutes, but that all was a bit awkward. Every thing improved remarkably from that disappointing start.

   First, we made reservations and still had to wait on table with few people there! We waited a hour and half to get cold FOOD and an hour to get a glass of water to drink! Overall experience was horrible!
