Food was prepared excellent.
The booth seat was dirty and had to be cleaned prior to sitting.
Service was very good
the food is amazing me, my husband, go there every year for our anniversary
The food was pretty good. Except for one plate of the snow crab. Usually it has a more salty taste but this time most of the crab was tasteless. and service was great! Everything was always taken care of.
It is always a good place to go with family and friends
Red Lobster is our favorite place to get crab. However, since the last time we ate there, the salads are no longer included in the meal, but available only as one of the two sides. We were pretty disappointed to find this out. It won't stop our coming here, but is definitely a drawback to the value of the meal.
A comedy of errors. After putting in for a table online, I sat patiently for 25 minutes in the lobby after reservation time.
Our server was attentive at first, then once the order was placed things went downhill. Not once but twice the wrong dish was brought out. Then I had the joy of trying to eat an over cooked crustacean a full 80 minutes after I walked in the door after the other meal had been nearly finished. Cold sides to boot. Very frustrating.
I made a reservation through open table. When we arrived the hostess couldn't find our reservation. She just shrugged her shoulders and said she would put us on the list and that OpenTable glitches some times. Then I got an annoying notification from OpenTable that I was a no show at my reservation. It was a very annoying experience over all.
EXTENSIVE MENU WITH LARGE VARIETY OF ENTREE AND SIDE SELECTIONS, REASONABLY PRICED. OUTSTANDING SERVICE.
Being Understaff made getting a table and our food very slow. :0/
Red Lobster must be the place Donald Trump selects when KFC and Burger King are closed- My wife’s seafood was a little above average, but nothing else was even acceptable. The rolls/biscuits were doughy, undercooked and ready only after the main course was served. My pasta dish was served with the wrong sauce and with the steamed vegetables that were supposed to be in it served cold on another plate. On the second try, the marinara sauce ordered an hour earlier arrived, but it tasted like sweet ketchup. All in all, the meal brought back memories of a junior high school cafeteria. Red Lobster should change its naMe to Sears.
I used Open Table to put in a semi reservation. We waited 25 minutes after arriving. For some reason the menu didn't offer the usual choices that we expected. it was ok.
We went for Loberfest. The food was excellent, large portions. The service was excellent also. The waitress checked back several times, refilled drinks and was very nice. The manager came by and checked also.
I went there with my daughter for dinner, I put in the reservation it was my birthday, even my daughter said something but the server didn't know or care, while waiting for a table I tried to get the bartenders attention but he was in a horrible mood and did not acknowledge the 6 other people also waiting for him even longer then me, not even a smile or a I will be with you in a little bit..just plain ignored us. When we were seated after 40 minutes they put us in the bar ( my daughter is under age ) I asked for a dinning room table but they said it would be a 45 minute wait. I wish I would have left then, when we were seated and the waiter was taking our order everything I asked for they were out of, When I did order I was always ask if I wanted soup or sides but I was never told that it would be an upgrade, I was told it went with the meal, I found out during my check time that it didn't come with the food so everything that we were asked if we wanted ended up costing extra and we were never warned, when the food came out both orders were wrong, and the food was really bad, I had a bottle of wine that wasn't finished at the end of the dinner, I was never given a container to take it home in which I believe is illegal and quite embarrassing walking out of the restaurant with a bottle of wine in my hand, but the gentleman said they didn't have any bags for the bottles, And that's only the highlight of everything there was so much more, My bill was very expensive and I just felt like crying by the time everything was over, I'm sorry but if anything could go wrong it really did and the only person who actually seem like it mattered to them was my server, he did try to make up for some of the situations, but honestly I wish I would have never gone there. I probably won't be back at this point, It's makes me sad because I have gone to red lobster for years. it really has changed
When we ate there the restaurant wasn't too busy, however, our server was sometimes very slow in delivering promised items. After waiting 10 minutes for a straw to be delivered, I had to get my own by approaching another server and I had to ask another server to ask our server for the bill. And our food too much longer than expected to arrive. We had told our server that we had a show to get to so she promised to ask for it to be hurried but it shouldn't have taken that long when the place wasn't too busy. I wonder if they had our server spread out too thin which lowered the quality of service. This doesn't apply to how they treated us in general as all the workers there were very nice and friendly.
Sat by service entrance. I had to listen to staff taking the whole meal. Poor location
