Staff at this Red Lobster is super friendly, helpful, and courteous. We had swordfish, which can be challenging to prepare correctly, but ours were done perfectly. Love those cheddar biscuits! Used Open Table to get on the priority wait list and we were seated immediately on arrival.
We hadn’t been to a Red Lobster in years; we enjoyed our meals, our bartender and server were excellent, and we will definitely return.
The Preferred Seating wasn't Preferred. We signed up for the first Preferred Seaing reservation available on Open Table. However, it turned out our name was put on a list like everyone else. We were only told that until we were eventually seated. The Hostess said there was no Preferred Seating Christmas Eve. They should not have posted any available reservation times.
The salmon was excellent, veggies, potato. The Caesar salad had too much dressing, but that
was unusual as it's usually ok. The food was excellent value for the money. We will be returning.
Hostess seated us promptly. Table attendant took our food and drinks orders quickly. Important because we dined before a concert at The Sharon. Red Lobster serves very good trout, better than BlueFin. And, RL is one of the few restaurants in the area that serves fresh asparagus as on optional side. Both my wife and I love asparagus. We like that meals include either garden our Cesar salad. Very good experience.
WE ARRIVED EARLY, GOT OUR TABLE IMMEDIATELY. OUR SERVER WAS AWESOME, ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS. MY BOYFRIEND HAD NEVER HAD LOBSTER, HE TRIED IT, IT WAS AWESOME, HOWEVER, MORE EXPENSIVE AND SMALL QUANTITY. I TOLD HIM AS MUCH BEFORE HE ORDERED, BUT MEN DON'T ALWAYS LISTEN...LOL.
I HAD THE UNLIMITED SHRIMP, DELICIOUS. IF ITS AVAILABLE NEXT TIME WE GO, I AM SURE HE WILL ORDER THAT...LOL.
I DIDN'T LIKE THE CAPRESE SALAD WITH THE ADDED ONIONS AND WINE VINEGAR, YUCK. THE
SERVER BROUGHT ME A NEW ONE WITHOUT THE WINE VINEGAR AND LESS RED ONIONS.
MUCH BETTER, THANK YOU.
I said because I think they need time to recoup.
For a fish restaurant they did a very poor job of preparing fish. two of the dinners the fish was crucified. Cooked to death. I told the server and he informed the manager and she competed my meal and told the server to inform us as she was to busy to come out..
There definitely was a problem in the kitchen.
Very disappointing to me as the food has always been good.
we will wait and try again.
We arrived early and were promptly seated.
Our waiter was quick to get our drink orders.
We needed to have a few minutes to look over the menu and he was
very cooperative. Took our order then returned quickly with our
When our meals arrived, it was hot and yummy.
I generally have the rock Lobster when eating @ Red Lobster.,The last time we ate there we noticed the 4 course special on Wed. & Thurs. so decided to try it. The cost was so reasonable I expected tiny portions. I had the potato soup, garden salad, 12 wood grilled shrimp & rice, & brownie with ice cream. It was all delicious! My husband had steak & a baked potato for his entree...lots of choices & unlimited rolls! We were very pleased & will definitely be back to do it all again!👏
Slow seating and service food was cool it was not very busy at all
Friends wanted to dine here, but I was quickly reminded why I do not eat here. The food is simply mediocre at best and the prices ridiculously high for what you get. Overdone flounder, mushy and tasteless. Scallops which also were overdone and tough. Shrimp were fine. This was a $23 meal my husband I shared and I left saying to myself never again.
No matter what day or time we go there, they always say the biscuits are in the oven. Sometimes we wait 15-20 minutes for biscuits. On a busy night it seems like they would always have biscuits ready.
We had to ask 3 times before we got a simple thing like sweetener for our tea, even though our server was chatting away with people at nearby tables. It’s a 10 second job. Get the sweetener and bring it to us especially when each time he said he’d be right back.
