Sat right away, ordered a drink. Waited and waited. Finally waiter stopped by and when asked about drink and biscuits seemed to have forgotten drink and said they ran out of biscuits and were making them. The restaurant is known for their biscuits! How do you run out? Main entree arrived and hadn't received soup or salad, declined entree. Salad and soup came. Soup was all oil. Told they must have just opened it Returned. Table next to us experiencing same ongoing issues as us. Manager kind to take take soup off and 25% though not enough for what we endured. Will not return.

Not the best Red Lobster there is, but the food is nice just service was pretty awful. Ignored for 20 mins, and never got checked on after the food. But I get they are short staffed, so don’t go there with high expectations.

It was nice to be able to go to a restaurant with a large group (8) and get seated right away with no lines and no waiting. Food was a bit slow in getting to the table and they apparently had to make the clam chowder because they were out. Bright side was when the food finally arrived everything was fresh, hot, and tasted great. All around a good experience.

It was my birthday celebration for one. My friends had to work, so, I decided to stop at this Red Lobster to celebrate by myself. The staff made my birthday special. They even sang happy birthday to me. This made me feel very special. Thank you to everyone who worked that evening. You are all awesome!!!!

Food quality was good. Service was OK, could have offered to refill drinks. They were out of Lobster and mashed potatoes. A restaurant named Red Lobster should NEVER run out of Lobster. Running out of mashed potatoes is just unAmerican. But in the end wife was happy which means I had a quiet night.

My husband’s birthday. The manager was very gracious and our server was very attentive . It has been awhile since we have gone to restaurants, and this was a nice experience. I was equally impressed with the quality of the food.

We were seated but never served. We waited 15 minutes, waited to speak with the hostess because the restaurant was very empty and we could not understand why no one was attending to our table. The hostess disappeared and we ended up leaving to eat at the Stonewood Grill & Tavern.

We were just out for a regular Saturday night dinner. My husband and Mother had the Fish and Chips. My husband said the fish was cooked well and enjoyed his meal. My Mother cleaned her plate which is unusual for her. I ordered Shrimp Scampi and Fried Shrimp with mashed potatoes, delicious. The Cheddar Biscuits and salads were also very yummy. Red Lobster might be a chain restaurant but this one is one of the best!
