Red Lobster - Stockton
The food was horrible. Over cooked and the mashed potatoes tasted like they were several days old.
Our server was not very good. She didn’t check on our table once. Had to actually call her over.
Service was great, food was ok.
Party of 6, One had steak acceptable, one had mahi acceptable, one had combo plate-crab was soft shell not good, two had surf and turf acceptable lobster tail very small-steaks over done, one had crab and lobster tail VERY POOR- crab soft undercooked- very small lobster tail only 2 bites!! Bar drinks were watered down. >1-3/4 hour to be served and finish eating.

I understand it does not reserve a table & it just puts our name on the list, however this shouldn’t be on opentable if that’s the case. If i remember correctly it stated we would have priority seating, however, we were put in a secluded dark area with a flickering light by all the stored extra chairs. We were also quoted a 25-30 min wait as everyone else who walked in prior & after us although we made reservations through the app approx 45min prior to our reservation time & arrive approx 10 min prior to our scheduled time. My biggest dilemma is that this shouldn’t even be on this app if a table isn’t available to accommodate the party size requested after checking in within 5 min max not the 25-30 min wait as everyone else who walked in.
