Red Lobster - Sterling Heights
Out waiter was very attentive and nice. He served us work a smile even though we had multiple requests. He made our dinner a little more enjoyable.
Service and food good. Annoying people around us blasting their phones. Rude. But can’t be blamed on the restaurant
The food was good (crab legs), the service was excellent, we would go back.
I ordered the lunch portion of shrimp, rec'd the dinner portion. I expect the server was distracted as she was one of very few servers (I am in the business so I understand the shortages) she was very attentive & I took home the rest of the portion for dinner.....no biggie. Food is always consistently good, & for what it's worth my 88 year old uncle absolutely loves your steaks--they are always cooked perfectly, he usually orders the filet MR. Kudos to the chef! Also the hostess-don't remember her name, but she had a very heavy spanish/mexican accent, was delightful, so positive & smiling through her mask! I hope we can regain our momentum & hire staff as well. My Uncle has been at your establishment many times & he was saddened by the lack of customers.
Joseph was our server, very pleasant. A bit slow in greeting, but understood because of covid rules. Food was awesome
Food was delicious. We had the lobster, shrimp and salmon, flavors were all good. Service was great too.
straight forward: just very expensive fast food, but excellent service
Everything was good, only complaint was the calamari being very salty!
Endless shrimp was worth going in for dinner.
Food portions are small, food prices are very high. Not very well prepared. New person in management, could be that is why such a change from earlier days at Red Lobster.
Many empty tables and booths, given that Crab Fest. one of the main celebrtions of the summer was in it's last few days.
More than $75, no dessert, no alcohol drinks. Just not how I remember it in days past.
Waitress was friendly, courteous. Food came quickly, hot.
Made reservation through Open Table for 7:30, didn't gets seated until 7:45, after arriving at 7:20. Saw at least 2 couples who arrived after us, that did not have reservations, get seated before us........not happy. Not sure who was cooking that night, as the food is usually very good, but on this night, the food was subpar, everything seemed to be not as fresh as usual. Very disappointing. Hopefully this was an off night and not the beginning of this location's downfall.
My family was done eating before I got my entree, asked for refills on waters multiple times before it was done and took forever to get bill. It was 8 pm so there wasn’t a TON of people in the restaurant and none of the tables near by us even had people sat at them
Food was very spicy (lots of pepper even my son’s meal, which was kids menu)
