   I had my birthday dinner with 15 guest. My service was excellent. The food was good. We had a wonderful evening.

   Our server Ms. Barbra was amazing. Give her a raise lol. We even left birthday cake for the staff to enjoy

   Waiter did not bring out the second side with both main meals then only brought one of them and asked was there supposed to be two… he was the one that took the original order. He blamed it on the kitchen and who ever put up the sides. We had wanted a dessert but waited for a good 15 minutes then we decided we would pay the bill and the waiter showed up smelling like cigarette smoke. We paid and left

   Not the best service today. It was Friday therefore kinda busy. They need to do better.

   First ~we approached host stand & it was unclear whom was was going to greet us. Second~ after we were seated it took 30 minutes to receive water & our salads . Really! Arrived at 8:30 pm & 9 pm I ask to bring salads asap or cancel entrees. Thirdly - We noticed the AC was completely off & we were not notified when we came into Red Lobster-found out it’s been off for several days-question I was there not a note on the front door to alert patrons? Never had a problem before but this was not a good experience!

   Plenty of choices in this area. Always delicious food but always expensive. Yikes how do people afford to eat out so often? The service was ok had to wait a bit in beginning and asked for another order of biscuits but nothing.

   Server watched TV, while the table piled high with dirty dishes and drinks needed refills. A member of our party had to get up and search for silverware. Place wasn’t busy…I think our server had one other table. He seemed to concerned with watching television in the bar. Food was just OK. Seemed like Sara Lee microwave food, just smaller portions…

   Red Lobster is a family friendly option for a nicer meal, and our server was very accommodating while we were trying to have our four year old son confirm his order (after initially just wanting biscuits... but who can blame him?!).

    Great Food. Wait staff worked hard. Appears Kitchen and bar were short staffed which made service slow. Waiter worked through it very well.
