Red Lobster - Scottsdale
Great service and fun evening w our 3 teens.
Six of us were seated within 15 minutes of arriving which is good because the restaurant was crowded. The food came quickly and very hot. Our server was excellent, constantly keeping an eye on our table to refill water and drinks.
Prices high; my shrimp were not fully cooked; lobster tail and salmon were very good.; great server
Saturday night dinner at Red Lobster was great as usual.
Service was really slow. Food was good. Blue Water Grill has better fish and service
We had to wait a little longer than I expected to be seated, but all went fine after. We were lucky to have had a good waitress.
Red Lobster (by the Paradise Valley Mall) is one of my favorite restaurants, and we have a lot of options in Scottsdale. Thank you for another great meal.
Have not been there in a while so thought we would go
Nothing outstanding ☹️
We went for the "all you could eat shrimp" and it was wonderful for the first half of the meal then they filled the room we were in and between the kids and arguments the noise level was a bit much.
Will return but not at dinner time!
Waitress was great! We had a party of 7 and they got us right in to our table
Our server was the best ever! The food, not so much.
Great wait staff! Made our birthday party special.
Asked for priority service and was seated in bar area. No one came to the table for at least 20 minutes. When they did, we had a question that the server couldn’t answer and he left. He came back 10 minutes later and took our order . Next we waited another 10 minutes for salads which were delivered by another server. They apologized. Our food came shortly thereafter. The manager stopped by and apologized. There was an altercation in the entry and there was a man yelling at the manager. They were threatening to call the police etc. it was scary. The waitress came and we asked for our bill. She apologized.
Mandy was our waitress and she could not have been more helpfull, friendly and professional.
Give her a raise
Celebrated husbands birthday
Our meal was disappointing. We are regular customers. We ordered what we usually do, but things have changed at Red Lobster recently. The fried shrimp had different breading that was not tasty. T by e garlic grilled shrimp still had all the shell on them. They were small and difficult to peel. After 30+ years, not sure we want to return.
I definitely preferred other Red Lobster locations. There were plenty of tables open, however they were telling people that you need to wait between 40 to 50 minutes. This was absolutely ridiculous. Overall food and service was not great either. Location looked dark and somehow dirt. I would never come back to this location close to Paradise Valley mall.
They had no idea what OpenTable was
Got the Friday night fish & chips...I was a little disappointed. Service was fine and we did receive seating right away.
Late night arrival . Staff very friendly and help[ul. food fresh and hot. enjoyable.
Service is very slow, food took a really long time and did not taste good whatsoever
