Service was good. Food was not. Everything was bland and seriously overpriced. Restaurant is in dire need of a renovation. It’s been the same since 1999. I did not enjoy my experience.

This location is currently shut down; it appears that the building is being treated for a pest problem. It’s unfortunate that they are still connected to Open Table-and accepting priority seating.

At first arrival it was very packed but because of OpenTable we were able to be seated in 10 minutes when others were told an hour and a half wait. We sat in the bar area it took a minute for the bartender to even recognize we were sitting there but once she served us our first drink she was pretty continuous we ordered an appetizer which was delicious then ordered our main dinner and that’s when it got disappointing we had waited over an hour for our dinner to arrive and at that point the bartender was really not acknowledging us I love red lobster but I don’t think I’ll be going to the San Bernardino location anymore

Food was good... server was Great!! Host and wait time and supposedly priority seating was a big joke!! Was told it was going to be 30 minutes from the time we put our name down on open table... chose a 630 reservation/priority seating in at 6pm checked in at 620pm and was told it would be another 30 mins. On top of having to wait the host was rude and didn’t really seem to know what he was doing. Finally got seated and the server was great!

Service is a really big thing to me, and at this location, it's lacking in a bad way. The waiter seemed like he forgot about us, the other serve staff was a bit snippy when we asked for help, and it took nearly 30 minutes to get two appetizers. This was the second bad experience in a row. The food is fine, but when I ask for a large Cesar dressing to take home (that's why we went in, but they were absurdly out of lettuce...) to make my pregnant fiancee happy, and the guy gives me a tiny 2 oz container, I thought he was joking. We won't be going back any time soon.
