Waiter was pleasant but service was slow for everything: drinks, sweetener, biscuits, etc. Lobster bisque was very salty and my wife’s coconut shrimp tasted like it was cooked in old oil. This is one of her favorite meals but even she thought it was inedible. We will not be back. The location at 1604 and 10 is better.

This restaurant does NOT ascribe to Open Table “reservations” at the chosen time. Rather the Open Table customer is placed on a “priority seating” list. Not my idea of reservations!!!!!

Restaurant was way understaffed but they handled themselves amazingly. Whomever scheduled no bus staff and only five servers on Christmas Eve is insane. Customers were rude when open table reservations were seated prior to them but the hostesses remained professional and polite regardless of the rude patrons. Those two hostesses put up with some pretty rude customers and I felt really bad for them.
Regardless of being short staff the service was great and again I applaud the employees for not mouthing off to some of their rude pat that night. I don’t think I could have handled it had I been in their shoes.

Food was good, as expected. Service was good - but seemed very rushed - not as relaxed as I would have preferred. But overall I love to take my family here for a fix ;)
