When hostess asked a waitress where we should be seated, she pointed to the restroom. Waited a long time for our food despite the restaurant not being busy.

The create your own feast was a great option. Let me choose my favorites like the scallops and scampi.👍
My spouse liked the Ultimate feast, but was a little upset that the crab legs were practically empty when he cracked them open.
Service was excellent and there was literally no wait.

The food was good and was all we were expecting. The service was also good the waitress attentive to our needs. It took a little longer than expected to get our food but not bad. The one unhappy thing was they were unable to prepare a drink that I had there before

Waiter seemed like she was rushing us and kept putting hot plates in front my small child. Seemed irritated we were there.

ordered snow crab. They were tasteless as they had been sitting in water too long. Shells were soft and when I cracked them, it looked like the scene from Castaway when Tom Hanks split the shell--lots of water drained out.

It really is just a busy place, so I am sure that shows the flaws in service. Food was a bit sub par for the price so that did not help.

Most of our food was served lukewarm, the poached Lobster was totally overcooked, the waitress was not attentive, and the ladies restroom had an awful odor and two of the stalls did not have toilet paper. We have gone to this Red Lobster several times over the past 30 years and the experience was fine. We have not been there in two or three years and we're very disappointed to see that the food and service and cleanliness had declined.

Even though we used Open Table, we still had to wait 30 mins to get seated and was told the wait would be 15-20 mins

For a less expensive seafood option, their food is good. But you go for the cheese biscuits!

Set up a time of 5pm. Arrived at 4:45 to check in, didn’t get seated till 5:40. Hostesses were tryin their best, but just an overcrowded place that can’t keep up. Was told twice would be 15 min for us to be seated...it wasn’t. Food was good, but hardly saw the waitress unless she had to bring us something from the kitchen, otherwise too busy to refill regularly or check on our experience. She was in no way a bad waitress, again they’re just way too busy for the staffing they have.

If you are a party of 2-4 you should get in pretty quickly. Anything over 4 people just plan on sitting up front for awhile. Getting in and out is also a joke as people line the entry ways making it difficult to get in/out or to the bathroom.
