Red Lobster - Saint Louis - Watson Rd.
Good experience. Does not honor priority seating at the location in St Louis on Watson. The location has no way to see or receive priority seating requests from Open Table.
We had a delicous meal and will be back soon. The salmon bowl is nutrious and low calorie without a diet food type taste. Its flavorful and delicous. The snow crab legs were really good and a favorite accompanied with cole slaw and broccoli. The Ultimate Feast is the ultimate! Lobster, snow crab, fried shrimp and shrimp scampi is
the variety of delicous seafood and a family favorite! We share and split our entrees so everyone is happy!
This Red Lobster does not honor the open table priority seating. They need to be taken off the platform.
Great service, food. Seated on time. The waitstaff was very attentive.
Hostess and waitress were out front smoking when we walked in we waited about seven minutes for them to come in and then we’re sat by the hostess along with the waitress. Seems that smoking break should not take precedence over customer service especially since their customer volume is down.
We love the food here but the service since covid 19 has gone way down hill. We haven’t been back since. We use to go every week. Hope they turn it around
Experience was fine, but we were told that they do not accept open table priority seating. Not sure why we were allowed to book if they don’t accept it.
We had a great meal at Red Lobster. Their menu has something for everyone in our group. We like to create our own and their are low calorie selections like wood grilled shrimp or chicken breast or shrimp scampi. We love to go to lunch there because we can get smaller portions or dinner size portions. One of our group members loves the mahi mahi with brussel sprouts and sweet potatoes, Cesar salad and rice pilaf. One loves the Admiral’s feast it has shrimp scampi, snow crab legs, lobster tail and fried shrimp! It’s Lobsterfest! So many choices plus consistently offering new selections! We will be back soon
We had sliders and they were delicious, they have carmelized onions and a special sauce with Swiss cheese . They have a lot of sides to choose from. We had fresh broccoli. Our friend had chicken fingers and fries with honey mustard. We love the meatless burgers too. The menu offers a delicious egg sandwich or breakfast tacos. It has vegan friendly choices so it offers a wide variety we love the Jack Daniels sauce on the burger and Friday’s fries. It’s so delicious! We will be back soon
How this restaurant has more than two stars is a mystery to me. Our Caesar salad was way over-dressed. The Alaskan crab legs were pale and limp. The “chef” forgot to include three of the veggies that we’re supposed to come with our Salmon dish and the fillet may have been 4 oz or weighed with all the sauce piled on top of it. Forget the fact that our server did not clear a single dish from our table throughout our dinner.
Save yourself the trouble and go to an actual seafood restaurant where the prices are almost exactly the same as this overpriced relic of decades past.
I had the snow crab leg dinner. It is as fantastic along with a fresh crisp salad and mashed potatoes! My husband had snow crab legs and a baked potato with a salad with ranch. We had a great meal and we back soon!
The only good item in my opinion is the Walt's shrimp. If it were not for those I would NEVER go there. The sides are marginal at best and the broccoli is disgusting. They can't even steam a simple item like broccoli and do it correctly. My salad had several brown pieces of lettuce in it. Service was pretty clueless.
I had a hair in my mashed potatoes, but otherwise it was very good.
Excellent food and service is usual
Great lunch on Easter
We made a reservation thinking we would need one, but the restaurant looked relatively empty. We were told there was no table large enough to accommodate our party of six, and placed in a large booth in the bar. While this seating arrangement would not have been our first choice, we were hungry and not going to make a fuss. However, there was a young waiter who seemed to know the party dining at the table immediately next to ours. He spent a lot of time standing in between our table and theirs talking in an excessively loud voice about very intimate details of his personal life. Since there were only two occupied tables in the bar area there was no reason for him to be screaming. The subject matter he was discussing was not at all appropriate for a family dinner on Easter. And at times we were having to shout at one another at our table to talk over him. After about 30 minutes, the other party left and we were able to enjoy the rest of our meal in peace. It took a long time for our food to come out, but it was prepared well.
My server was excellent I left my doggy bag but I enjoyed myself
