Red Lobster - Saint Matthews

Overall very good. Menu is limited due to COVID. Service was fair although the restaurant did not seem very busy.

Great place to get a lot of seafood at reasonable prices. A great stop on occasion.

We had a wonderful server named Nicolette, she was very attentive and happy. Might be the best server we’ve ever had at this location. An absolute pleasure

Great Service!!! (Ross) As for food, I left and about an hour later it went downhill. I have been sick for days.

Our server was very attentive and sweet. She kept the refills of drinks (and biscuits!) coming. Our food was great and came as ordered. Will return to this location.

Food and service was outstanding!

We walked in told them our reservation. They said yes we have you right here we wait over 30 minutes after walk ins were seated before us. I let them know about the issue they said oh we think you booked it at the wrong red lobster... (I didn’t & they confirmed the reservation when we got there) then they continued to sit others after we made the issue known again. We did end up staying our server was very nice and food was alright... but the front desk people had no idea what was going on.

The waiter seemed a little awkward. For example, I asked to verify I was checked in through Open Table. I mentioned this to the host that seated us when we came in but he didn’t say anything. When I asked the waiter to confirm my reservation (I even showed him the app), he had no clue what I was talking about. Part of the reason I booked through Open Table was because I knew I would get points for dining there so it would be nice if the staff knew what the app was. The tables are a little too dimly lit. Other than that the experience was good.

Don’t book on opentable, we were told when we arrived it would be an hour wait

This was a quiet Tuesday early evening dinner. Our server was highly attentive and helpful. The stuffed mushroom appetizer was quite tasty. The Salmon was perfect. My wife and I ordered the sweet potato & brussle sprout side ... the sweet potato was undercooked while the Brussle Sprout seemed over cooked and tough. This is a new side for RL ... in time they should get it right as well. No need to boast about the biscuit ... always a favorite.

Quickly seated, server was excellent (Christiana, I think was her name). Food was delicious. Crab linguini was very good. Great dining experience.

I was disappointed as doing the open table was no benefit. We asked for 5 and didn’t get a table until 5:35.

This restaurant says they don’t take reservations. We were on time and we were made to get on wait list and wait. The hostess said people at their corporate put this on here and they do not honor this. I was very angry. My food was horrible and our waitress was rude. They were out of cheddar biscuits and wouldn’t give me a straw. Will never go to this restaurant again
